I recently had an unfortunate accident and had 2 flat tires on my Silverado High Country. Because of they are a trusted business I use, I had my truck towed to the shop after hours (which they do need a night drop box, I'm sure Jesus will get something figured out), I called in the morning & was in a panic cause I needed my truck ASAP. Being a 2025 truck I wanted the same tires so there no variance, the wonderful office clerk, Jennifer, quickly checked & told me they don't have those tires in stock. She gave me a bunch of options, which even included buying them someplace else & they will install them. So I began calling other visalia stores, but within minutes she called me back & told me she found the same tires, if ordered before 10am they can be here by 2pm & be ready to go by 3! Just awesome & even the desperation I wasn't price gouged. Still a great competitive price & I didn't have any hassle with the process. My truck was ready to go, & the technician spoke to me to let me know one tire looked tampered with & double checked the truck & found it safe to drive. This place is one the best & most efficient & best of all HONEST places I can recommend. So glad they are expanding their business for more service options!
