The sun can be blaring bright when driving westbound on Hwy 198. Alex and his team were quick. I went down the street to have breakfast at a nearby diner. My car was ready within two hours. I last was here in 2019, it's now 2024 so prices did go up like everything else did after COVID. I'm glad this business survived COVID. They provided excellent customer service and did a quality job. Add this to your bookmark if you're looking for a ceramic tint for your car. I highly recommend it especially getting it done right after you purchased your new car. I recently had an unfortunate accident and had 2 flat tires on my Silverado High Country. Because of they are a trusted business I use, I had my truck towed to the shop after hours (which they do need a night drop box, I'm sure Jesus will get something figured out), I called in the morning & was in a panic cause I needed my truck ASAP. Being a 2025 truck I wanted the same tires so there no variance, the wonderful office clerk, Jennifer, quickly checked & told me they don't have those tires in stock. She gave me a bunch of options, which even included buying them someplace else & they will install them. So I began calling other visalia stores, but within minutes she called me back & told me she found the same tires, if ordered before 10am they can be here by 2pm & be ready to go by 3! Just awesome & even the desperation I wasn't price gouged. Still a great competitive price & I didn't have any hassle with the process. My truck was ready to go, & the technician spoke to me to let me know one tire looked tampered with & double checked the truck & found it safe to drive.
