The customer service was awesome & they do offer delivery to your seat for your food order . The drinks were strong and mighty . The ambiance is busy. They also have one bathroom which is in the lobby . They have different types of seating which I love ! They offer private pods which come with 2 seats under one number . Day beds , which is a lay flat bed style designed for 2 people. They also have the standard recliner seats . I definitely enjoyed the theater and have already booked another ticket to return .

My parents live closer…read moreto this theater than Aloma cinema Grill now so I didn't wanna have them drive so far to meet us so we went to them and tried this theater for a change. The reclining seats were really nice. It makes it so that even if you get stuck with seats all the way in front of the screen, you can lean your seat all the way back so that it's not as bad on your neck. I won't lie, the chairs are not that comfortable in my opinion, but it was a nice change from the seats we usually have at our regular theater. I was also nice that the food can be ordered directly to your seat. Each seat has its own QR code that makes it easy for the servers to know exactly where they have to bring the order. The food does take a little while to get to you, but they warn you of that on the screen before the movie starts. It is probably best that you go on their website to try to book your tickets in advance so that you can select your seats before they all get filled up. That was how we got stuck with seats all the way in the front. Like I said before, though it really isn't that horrible since the seats do recline pretty far back. The pricing was not bad and they do also have deals during the week where the tickets are way cheaper. I believe they have like five dollar movie tickets on Tuesday or Wednesday or maybe both. They do also have a rewards program. It seems like. The tickets are about 10 bucks each so it still isn't that bad for reclining seats. They do also have an area where you can go and purchase popcorn or anything before the movie starts so if you do get there early and you have time to waste, you can go stand in line to order your stuff before you get to the movie that way you save yourself the way while you're in there. The lobby area where you enter was really messy, but I think it was just because there was so many crowds coming in for the Spider-Man movie. They had so many people everywhere that as soon as you came in, you had to wait practically by the door because the line was so long for everyone coming in. What is nice though is that they have multiple different theaters so they have the capability to have movie starting not too far away from each other so for example, like if one movie starts at 7 o'clock they have another of the same movie starting at 7:05 and then 715. That way, you didn't have to wait so long before still being able to see the same movie. I don't think that once you purchased the tickets, you can modify them, though. I believe that is something you would have to ask the management upon arrival. They do have a no refund policy as well from what I saw on the website. I would say just try to go on the site before you plan on seeing the movie just to take a look and if it seems like there are a lot of times then it may be OK to just go there depending on how far you have to drive. I had a pretty decent experience though and wouldn't mind going back, but it is a bit of a far drive for us.

With a huge amount of screens of varying sizes, and also the dine-in section, there is always a wide variety of films to watch throughout the day. The staff in this location have always been the friendliest that I have encountered in any AMC that I have visited. Although for certain showtimes it can be fairly busy I've been in plenty where it has been very quiet too. I've seen some of the biggest films here and I've seen some of the smallest Indies here. I love the fact that it is in Disney Springs because afterwards if you want to have a little food or have a little look around. It is easy to spend a lazy afternoon at the AMC combined with a Disney Springs stroll.

It truly felt like a full evening of entertainment rather than just dinner. And let's talk about the VALUE! The price for dinner and entertainment was extremely reasonable, especially considering that a drink was included with the package. Additional drinks were reasonably priced as well, which I really appreciated. Now, THE FOOD! I ordered the spicy sausage zucchini pasta, and it was absolutely delicious. I honestly could not believe how good it was! We also received bread with olive oil, which was a nice traditional touch. Dessert was included as well--an apple turnover-style pastry. My…read moreaunt traveled from Ohio and was especially excited because she had been to Al Capone's several times over the years and had wonderful memories of it. Unfortunately, what we experienced was nothing like what she remembered. Our reservation showed a 7:00 PM start, so we arrived at 6:30 as requested. From the beginning, everything was disorganized. We weren't told where the entrance was and ended up at the back of the line. Once inside, we waited in another line for drinks. Then there was no clear direction for seating. An employee eventually took our party of five to a four-top before another server said it wouldn't work and moved us. Once seated, someone asked what salad dressing we wanted even though we hadn't received menus. I finally had to ask, "Do we get menus?" The menu listed Italian wedding soup, which I ordered. I was told they might have run out after serving VIP guests, but then I was simply brought minestrone. When I questioned it, the server acted like I was mistaken and said the wedding soup must have been on their "winter menu." He picked up the menu to check and discovered it DID list Italian wedding soup. This was September 6 in Florida. If you're out of something, just tell the customer instead of making them feel like they read the menu incorrectly. The appetizer arrived quickly but was cold. Then came dinner. I cannot emphasize this enough: this was honestly the worst food I have ever eaten in my life. That is the God's honest truth. I've had meals I didn't like, but I cannot remember ever having an entire meal this unpleasant. Nearly everything with sauce was overwhelmingly spicy. It wasn't one dish. The food as a whole was terrible. When you're paying for a "dinner show," DINNER is a major part of what you're paying for. By the time dinner arrived, our drinks were empty. No one offered refills. No water and no additional napkins. I eventually GOT UP MYSELF, asked for a pitcher of water, brought it back and refilled everyone's water. I also had to get our own napkins. This wasn't just our table. Tables throughout the room had stacks of dirty dishes while dessert was being served. Guests had empty drinks and dirty plates everywhere. It was chaotic. We were told they expected around 60 guests but received 129 reservations. I understand being short staffed, but if you cannot properly serve 129 people, don't accept 129 reservations. Cap the reservations. Being short staffed explains slower service. It doesn't excuse this level of disorganization. When the server told us we could move to the stadium seating for the show, I explained that I had to get our own water and napkins because nobody was taking care of us. He asked how everything else was. We told him honestly that it wasn't good and we wouldn't be back. After explaining the problems with the food and service, his response was: "If the food was so bad, then why are you taking it home?" Yes, we asked for to-go boxes because we had paid for the food. We ultimately threw it away. His response came across as rude and defensive. An offer to get a manager would have been much more appropriate. He encouraged us to stay because the show was better, but we were done. We purchased tickets for a DINNER SHOW. Instead, we endured a terrible dinner and terrible service and were then supposed to hope the show made up for it. We left approximately 1 1/2 hours early. This was supposed to be an engagement celebration. My aunt came from Ohio excited to share a place she had loved with us. Instead, all five of us left disappointed. Even the souvenir photo added to the frustration. We waited about 15 minutes to see it, and my eyes were closed. After everything else, I asked if they could at least give us the newspaper-style photo without the additional $20 charge. We had already spent approximately $149 and were leaving 1 1/2 hours early. I was simply told no. There wasn't even an offer to ask a manager. What bothered me almost as much as the food was the complete lack of concern or effort to make anything right. I understand staffing problems, bad nights and running out of menu items. Any ONE of these things could have been overlooked. But this wasn't one thing. The entire experience was disorganized from arrival to departure: confusing entrance and seating, no menus until we asked, cold appetizer, unavailable menu items, the worst food I have personally ever eaten, empty drinks, no refills, no napkins, getting our own water, dirty dishes everywhere, a defensive response when we complained, no manager and leaving 1 1/2 hours early. My aunt had wonderful memories of Al Capone's, which is why we chose it. Sadly, none of us have any desire to return. We expected a fun dinner show and memorable engagement celebration. So I can't say it ever eat the popcorn there ever again. Popcorn is one of those make it or break it variables in life. It's really hard to mess up fresh popped popcorn. Maybe it's just their combination of vendors or something, or just not enough guests to keep it continuously popping. For that, I docked it a star. If I could, a star and a half. Two stars would have felt unreasonable, but it doesn't allow me to do one and a half stars so I'll just have to settle with the minus one.

They do not sell food, however, there are a few food options located very close by. The last time we were here, there were a few tables near the water and around the bar, but I'm not sure if they are permanent. This bar usually has a long line and waits. It's not super hidden and their drinks are good, so I don't really understand why it gets so long. The line also moves slow. I think the main reason for this is because this is home to the famous Ocean Attack cocktail: Don Q coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, Sprite, dash of grenadine. When you order this, it comes with a little show, the bartender gets into the drink with a shark hand. Everyone is ordering it and it takes longer because they have to do their little skit with each drink. My wife likes this drink, she says its tasty but incredibly dangerous. She says you cannot really taste the alcohol but it hits you later. For me personally, it is a little sweet with the coconut rum, pineapple juice and sprite. It is not my favorite, I probably wouldn't really order one for myself. I prefer to just get beer when we stop here. As I mentioned they do have a full bar, so if you do not like one of their specialty drinks, you can order your own or your favorite. As I mentioned the line can get long, but I personally do like this stop. We do not always stop here, if the line is really long, we skip it and head somewhere else. They do have really good cocktails, great theming with Jaws and its another bar. My wide and I like to do crawls when we are in the park so if you are doing that, I would say add it to your list.
