Kind words and professionalism. The only concern was something we believe is well, not profession or sanitary. We don't believe you should use your hands to open up the popcorn bag! We believe well- that's nasty. You can pop the bag to open the bag, or use the scoop to open but not your hands! Would you do this when you serve a soda- stick your finger or hand inside a cup to dry or clear debris? Look, we asked our cashier not to put their hand inside the popcorn bag and pop it like one of his employees did and we got a weird look- we asked in the most kind, super Disney kind voice- PLEASE DONT STICK YOUR HAND IN THE BAG. PLEASE POP IT OPEN JUST NOT USING YOUR HAND (that's caps here- not yelling). When the employee went to get the popcorn it looked- we believe- he told the manager this (we could be wrong) but even if he didn't , the manager looked to brush off what the employee said and OPENED UP USING HER HANDS THE INSIDE of the POPCORN BAG (yes here I'm escalating emotion). It's just not professional or sanitary. If napkins fall on the ground- throw them away! It's simple. Other than a manager setting bad example the movie was great, the theater was clean (old) but clean, cold ac nice- and nice loud show! (Forgot to add- you can't call and speak to anyone ever. The system is a what I call a Covid system. You know, you can no longer reach the business by phone or email... you have to go to corporate website and fill out a form. Companies like Best Buy, banks, etc if you were to misplace a personal item like a wallet- good luck reaching anyone.)

Presenting the ticket, on the phone...quick and easy. Finding the theater, quick and easy. The cleanliness of the theater was terrible. The was something sticky on my cup holder and side of the seat. I prayed and hoped it was a food or beverage spill, smh. There was food and trash on the floor. Ultimately, I still watched the movie and had a good time. The woman checking the tickets was the best part, she was sweet and took my picture. Overall, I gave them a four. Maybe they were short and didn't have enough staff to clean up.

It is really a great option when seeing a movie. We always stop here before a movie. The drinks are great, they have a pretty full bar selection and always has a friendly bartender. There are two entrances to AMC and both sides have a MacGuffins. There are no seats at the bar since most people grab a drink to take into the movie. They offer beer and wine and then have a pretty decent selection of liquor. They do offer a small menu with a few specialty drinks such as margaritas, bold cocktails, and sweet cocktails. They also always have a specialty cocktail to correspond with a current movie that is out. Recently we saw Ghostbusters which featured one of the stars in the movie, Dan Aykroyd's vodka. It was actually a really great drink, and we didn't even know he made a vodka. I definitely recommend checking it out. I looked through some of the other reviews and I think that people are misunderstanding MacGuffins with the movie theatre. MacGuffins is the bar located inside the theatre. AMC also offers dine in at some of the theatres, but this is just the bar. We really like the bar, it's nice to have something different when watching a movie and their drinks are good. The sizes are really a great value as well and the pour is always great. They also will take your AMC points for the drinks. If you are watching a movie, I would highly recommend grabbing a cocktail and heading into your movie. You won't be disappointed.

There's a nice bar in the lounge area as you enter the theater nice little touch when waiting for others or hangout before your movie starts. The staff has always been attentive and friendly. The chairs are also so comfy but this time we noticed how they do need to be recovered the fabric is wearing off. Overall we all enjoyed our movie and recommend checking this theater out esp the area has alot of walkable restaurants and stores to visit.

We went to see Mario Brothers. We were early so we started off at the bar. Excellent service. She helped us order and catch some great deals (2 for $32 dine) special so by the time we were seated, our food was coming in right behind us. The theater itself was a little old. Seats were ripped in almost every seat in our theater. It's time to refinish those seats. They have recline seats that let you put your feet out. Super comfy. The food was just ok. I had a BBQ burger and fries. The location was awesome. Lots to do and see around it. In seat dining service was throughout the movie which I love. Overall, we had a blast and love the concept.

We have now continually witnessed the food service quality decrease over the years. This food is pricey, however, it used to be fairly good and always served hot. The menu items have dropped off, that were great for a dine in movie (such as fish&chips, Philly cheese steak). Next, on our visit May 16, 2026 was our final try for fodder ordering. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich - the bread was hard and tasted stale, chicken was very flat, dry, hard and tasted old, and then the fries were cold and definitely not freshly made. The only good part of my meal was the "no-jita". My husband ordered loaded fries and added brisket. His was also cold and not appetizing. Cheese, etc was not melted and just layered on top. And then the cost -food and two drinks + tip $92.00.. The food was worse than any fast food I have had and this cost is ridiculously high for the quality received. I suggest this theatre go back to a few items for movie snacks and make them good and hot. Will we go back - yes for the movie, NO - to ever order drinks or food. We will wait and go to a nearby restaurant for higher quality food, which actually will cost less. My recommendation to anyone reading - enjoy the movie, if you want food - order snacks only and then dine somewhere else.

233/100 in 2016 challenge…read more Great old time movie theatre. This movie house has been here since 1917. Truly 1917. Located in the downtown historic district of St. Cloud is this little gem. This is what movie theatres used to be like and should be again. They do it right and make going to the movies enjoyable. All movies before 5pm are $6.00 per person, after that it is $8.00 per person. You can actually go to the movies and not break the bank. IF you go here anyway. I took the kids to see SING and even had money leftover for popcorn and drinks. The threatre is a two movie location playing all the current movies. They even have a Ms. Pac - Man video game. I had to explain to the kids that this is what a theatre growing up was like for me, not what the norm is today of 20 different movies where you can sit down and order your gourmet dinner. The staff was great and very friendly, seemed eager to help. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Each of the movie theatres had ample rows. Two seat on the right and a row of 7 on the left. I believe there were 20 rows and then there was also a back step up few rows in the rear of the theatre. Good crowd that appeared wanting to see the movie as no ones phone rang and there was not one time anyone had to shush anyone.

Upon leaving, I requested to speak to the manager. Yet another pompous kid pretending to have any sense of managerial expertise. She "Lily" was rude and dismissive. The rest of the staff x3, 2 females and 1 male, surrounded the counter and rudely interjected multiple times attempting to intimidate me. I made it clear that I was speaking only to the manager and was told to calm down from the male. One female also claimed to be managment as well in an attempt to justify her rude interuptions. I questioned as to who the manager actually was. I then requested said managers name over and over. She refused and kept repeating" you wont let me answer". I requested the owners name, she, "Lily" refused over and over. I again began requesting her name she then spoke to one of the adults I was with, but clearly not involved in the conversation, again dismissing my concerns. Finally, I told her I will formally complain without her assistance. That is when she gave her name as Lily and began yelling "what's your name" to me. Another patron yelled out to the staff "Thanks for ruining our night. Merry Christmas." Indeed. We have only one theatre in St. Cloud. It is severely lacking but we try to support local businesses even though. It is disheartening to go to a business, spend money, and have an awful experience due to less than mediocre service. The entire staff should be removed and revamped. The four people that work there should be fired immediately as they are bringing the business down rapidly. Their behavior will one day entice the wrong person in a dangerous, negative, manner. They are an awful representation of Saint Cloud and our local businesses. They're nothing more than sheer embarrassment. If this is what the owner of Saint Cloud Twin supports he will surely lose his patrons and soon enough his business. If there was an option for negative stars that is what I would have given.
