Also when she brought the bill she did not even show the itemized bill at first all she showed was the tip screen which upon doing the math from what we ordered vs paid we realized the amount was way higher than what we got and so we asked for the copy of the receipt only to find out there was ALREADY a service charge on there of which was NOT a credit card charge because we paid in cash and when asked what the cash total was she told us $60.31 yet the copy showed the cash price was $57.91 also they charge for charcoal, what am i suppose to do bring my own charcoal? i've never had to pay extra for charcoal they just include it with hookah price, absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the vibes in this place is like an absolute funeral, all the pictures made this place look so fun and great, but no it was worse than funeral. I felt even more so like i was at a funeral after I realized how badly my wallet was robbed. I will never come back here.

I started planning this in the beginning of the year and Sriram Hariharan is one of the most giving, caring and supportive person I know. He put me in touch with all the right resources. He would follow up to see how things are going. I would say his detail to customer service and experience is exceptional. Next is Rohit Ray who assisted every step of the way helping me with my attendee numbers , the set up design and more. He was there throughout the whole party. Rohit's kindness and grace that is unwavering. Finally, our server Astrid. She oversaw my last shower in January and I know we were in good hands when I saw her last Saturday. she is truly A+. She made sure the event went smoothly. Was proactive in helping us get things organized, and when one of the guests reported she was a vegetarian she made changes so her tea party food was vegetarian. The entire celebration was impeccable. I had 26 people attend and one person shared they've experienced three high teas in London and the experience at this party was the best one yet. After the party ended, I received so many calls telling me how elegant the party was, how exceptional the service was. And how wonderful all the food was. I will give honorable mention to Smail and the director of valet who helped us bring up the party favors and flowers and more. my heart is full. It was a magical experience we will continue to talk about.

The waiter told me that there was no need because the host had prepaid $2,000 and, at that time, the guests had only used approximately $800 of that amount. Later in the evening, after many guests had already left, the same waiter approached me and stated that my bill was $750. When I asked how my personal bill could possibly be $750, I was told that it was the bill for the entire table. I never agreed to be financially responsible for the entire table, nor was I informed that charges from other guests would be assigned to me. In fact, I had specifically asked earlier to have my own purchases separated. - Every item included in the $750 charge presented to me. - The reason those charges were assigned to my account rather than to the individuals who ordered them. - Any gratuity, service fees, taxes, or other charges included in that amount. I would appreciate management reviewing this matter carefully. I am willing to pay for anything that I personally ordered and authorized, but I do not accept responsibility for charges incurred by other guests without my knowledge or consent.
