Service was okay. The staff were neither welcoming nor rude, just so-so. Their demeanor could be a little cheery, which would lighten & enhance the ambiance. A simple smile goes a long way. When I finally got it, I honestly thought it looked a little dry at first, but after the first bite, I completely changed my mind. It was probably the best blueberry muffin I've ever had. It was incredibly moist, flavorful, and packed with blueberries. It was a little on the expensive side, but overall this is definitely a hidden spot with really great bakery items.

Bouchon Bakery is a popular French bakery and is also one of Chef Thomas Keller's establishments…read more Chef Keller is best known for his two other Michelin 3-star restaurants - Per Se in New York City and The French Laundry in Napa Valley. The flagship Bouchon Bakery remains one of the most visited spots in Napa Valley and this 2nd Bouchon Bakery is located inside The Venetian in Las Vegas. The bakery is more of a grab-and-go spot than a sit-down spot. [Parking]: Most parking structures on the Strip are no longer free since COVID (e.g. $20 per day from Monday-Thursday or $25 per day from Friday-Sunday at The Venetian), but Treasure Island continues to offer free parking so that's an option for anyone who doesn't mind walking 20-30 minutes from Treasure Island to The Venetian. [Where is the bakery]: I had quite a hard time locating this bakery. Once visitors see and face Grand Lux Cafe within The Venetian, turn around 180 degrees and face the escalator. The bakery is hidden behind the escalator in The Venetian. [Wait time]: I got in line at 8:45 AM and the line moved relatively quickly. I was able to place an order at 9 AM. [Menu]: The bakery serves coffee from Equator Coffees. Some of the top highlighted items include Macarons, Chocolate Almond Croissant, Almond Croissant, Nutter Butter Cookies, and The TKO (Thomas Keller Oreo). *** Kouign Aman ($7.80): Good crusty exterior - would recommend it. Almond Croissant ($7.75): It had a good exterior crust and molasses which are all traits you want in a high-quality almond croissant - would recommend. Latte Vanilla (small $7.25): Solid vanilla latte, but quite expensive. Lemon Poppy Macaron ($7): This was the flavor recommended by the cashier. It was a very lemony macaron and honestly I probably should've gone for pistachio instead. *** This is an expensive spot to shop for baked goods, but if you are willing to splurge and pay a premium for (1) the name recognition of a celebrity chef and (2) high quality baked goods then definitely go for it. Minus one star for being difficult to locate + the hefty prices.

The cakes they offer are giant slices and they look very yummy. I got the blueberry muffins - generous portion and the almond croissant. Also got the mixed berry fruit tart. the blue berry muffin was a bit of a disappointment this time - I think they said they had a new baker. I got these items to go. Anyway, when I picked up my muffin, the top broke off and I saw all the blueberries were at the bottom of the muffin cup - a goey mess. That just left a small muffin. top. Looked like they did not mix the blueberries into the batter so it was not a nice consistent ratio of blueberries to muffin batter. I did go back the net day to let them know about this and they were apologetic and gave me a discount for my new purchase. Thank you for this, The fruit tart and the croissant were delicious. The restaurant has some nice seating towards the back of the restaurant. Restrooms are clean and spacious. Will definitely come back again. Hopefully the muffins are baked better!

After so many years of coming to Suzuya. I must say, they are very consistent and by now I think I've tried every regular item and plenty of yummy seasonal items. We love the salads when we're avoiding sugary stuff & pair it with a straight forward Matcha. For the desserts/pastries, my family loves the strawberry cake for birthdays. What a disappointing experience…read more I've been placing phone orders for Barbari bread every other week for years, always calling a day or two in advance. Yesterday, I placed an order for pickup after 3:00 p.m., and it was confirmed. When I arrived today, my order didn't exist. Instead of apologizing, the manager claimed it wasn't made because I "didn't prepay"--even though no one asked me to prepay when I placed the order. Then they asked me to prove I had called by showing my phone log. I'm not upset that a mistake happened. I'm upset by the complete lack of accountability and poor customer service. Own the mistake, apologize, and make it right instead of blaming a loyal customer. Customers have plenty of options in Las Vegas, and experiences like this are exactly why people take their business elsewhere.
