I must say this company had it all, I first visited their showroom and was very impressed with the amount of options. Had our railings installed in 2015. Noticed the railing was wobbling that winter when we were cleaning the porch. Notified them. Fast forward to 2018 over 30+ calls, missed appointments, and 3 failed repairs. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They kept blaming the contractor. I finally called the contractor who did our porch and he finally got them to come out and own up to their horrible installation. They finally cut the railing out to fix it. Going on one week with caution tape on my porch. Who knows when it'll be fixed. read more

I used Macaro to install new railings on our front concrete porch. They came out, measured up for an estimate, and let us choose among samples of railing they had on their truck. We chose white aluminum railings, remitted 50% down payment. They came on the scheduled date, installed the railings in just a couple of hours. The installers knew just what they were doing and obviously had a lot of experience installing railings. The price was exactly as given on the estimate, no nonsense, no ad-ons, no surprises. Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I used them in August of 2017 to install curved railing for my front entry stairs. I was told by the owner of the company they can fabricate the curved railing in aluminum, however after paying the deposit of 50% and 9 weeks later (was quoted 4 weeks to fabricate the railing) i get a phone call from the owner (the day before i have finial inspections scheduled) saying he can not fabricate curved railing. This was the same owner who came to measure the stairs and designed the layout of the curved railing. I had another company that could install curved railing in iron but i want to stay with aluminum after this company told me they can do it. After a lengthily texted conversation he agreed to installed a straight railing so that i can pass inspection (a week later) and then i can have my railing replaced by another company who can do the curved railing and he will issue me a full refund. After a few months i check my CC statement and discover that this company charged me the full cost of the railing. When i called the owner he refused to refund the money. I have a pending claim with the CC company to get the money back. Do not put your money and time into this company!!! If i can give this company "0" stars i would have done so. read more

I went with this company because they had done the original railings for the home. I needed the matching hand rails for my patio steps. They came out promptly, measured, gave me a quote and took half the money as deposit promising a turn around time of 3 weeks. It's been close to 7 weeks and I have not gotten a date for the job. The final inspection for my patio hasn't been done due to their terrible customer service. I've made 4 calls for follow up and no one seems to know the status. They promise to call back and no one does. I just hope they finish my job soon. But, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! read more
