I chose Nivaldo because his reviews were good, he was obviously competent and experienced, and he showed up on time for the estimate scheduled for 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Also he assured me that he was present on every job. The fence came out great and Nivaldo patiently walked me through any decisions that needed to be made. He and the crew made sure the fence was clean and the area was neat--little details that show he cares about the whole job. I would recommend Nivaldo and Allstate Fencing without reservation. It's going to be hard to find an experienced fencing pro who cares more about quality work and customer satisfaction. read more

Allstate recently replaced my 40 year old chain link fence with new vinyl plank fence. They came in the timeframe promised and did a beautiful job in two working days. The quote included removal and disposal of all the old fencing and even took a small section that my neighbor removed from his yard. Nivaldo and his two workers were very mindful and left the yard a walkways cleaner than when they started. The cost was right in line with what I expected. I would highly recommend you give them a call if you have fencing needs. read more

I first contacted Allstate Fencing on Thursday, 7/24/25 through the Yelp "get a quote" button. An Allstate employee arrived to do an estimate on Friday, 8/1/25. After he left, I texted him my name, address and email address. Afterwards, Allstate disappeared. The texts which I sent on Mon., 8/3 and Wed., 8/5 looking for the promised quote have gone unanswered (today is Friday, 8/8). Allstate may or may not do good quality fencing work, but in my case at least their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. read more

I just bought my first home and reached out to a few fence contractors for quotes. Nivaldo not only provided a reasonable quote he also offered options and ideas. He came prepared with a portfolio of completed projects and fence samples. He reviewed the property survey and we talked through a few options. He even helped with conversations with my neighbors to ensure there was clear understanding on the plans. After placing a deposit I was on the schedule and one week and a few rainy days later his crew arrived. They took a lot of care in clearing the existing chain link, trimming some overgrown bushes, and clearing two smaller trees. Nivaldo was easily reachable via phone and text. He also was great with my dog who is leery of most strangers. I'm so happy with the final product and have gotten lots of compliments from my neighbors. read more

Part of my fence came down from nothing other than wind... I called the following day and was told Nivaldo would be out later in the week to fix it. I didn't think much of it when I didn't hear from him later that week since he was very delayed and terrible at communicating when he originally put the fence up. But I never heard back from him! I spent over 7,000k on my fence and he can't even return my calls or come fix his work that failed. Not expecting anything for free BUT AT LEAST you could do it come back to fix the fence you put up! I couldn't be more upset.. read more

Allstate Fencing - Fences & Gates Near Me - South Bound Brook, New Jersey

Nivaldo was prompt & on-time with his free estimate. Unfortunately, we changed our design and did not pursue this project.

First you call Allstate and only get a voicemail asking you to leave a message. About an hour later Nivaldo called and set up a time to come see prospective job. He showed up and walked us through the different fencing options. We had other contractors check job too. Allstate's price was reasonable and we felt they were deserving of the job. We gave Allstate a deposit on a Wednesday and agreed to have job started on the following monday. We tried calling Saturday and Sunday to confirm job but never got a response. Of course this had us worried we had been scammed and robbed. On Monday Allstate showed up and Nivaldo explained his phone had broken over the weekend and this is why we could not contact him. OK there here now and job started and we felt much better about Allstate. In two days the job was complete with no problems. Old fenced removed and new fence installed. We even expanded the job by adding another door and a piece of PVC fence to replace wood fence that trash cans sat behind. Job came out beautiful to us and my neighboors. One neighboor even had Allstate do some touch up work on their exisiting fence because they saw the work done at our house. Now the bad: A few weeks later I attempted to start using my lawn sprinkler and found the one sprinkler head that the water line runs under the fence was not working. I have been calling Allstate for weeks, leaving message, to no avail. I guess Nivaldo's phone has broken again. In all I would give them 5 star rating for the actual work but I would not reccomend anyone take a chance. You work hard for your money and dont need to be scammed or robbed or not have work which is supposed to be guaranteed not guaranteed. I give Allstate 0 stars for not fulfilling their obligations and guarantee. read more

Highly responsive, professional and meticulous! Nivaldo was a pleasure to work with, and he and his crew always showed up on time. They did a great job on installing a new 6' vinyl fence and 4' aluminum fencing and gates to replace my old stockade fencing. Highly recommend! read more

Very quick response. Extremely professional and easy to work with. They repaired my fence quickly and beautifully.

Nivaldo and his team were great. They were professional even when my neighbor challenged the survey. The fence installation went smoothly. He understands the township requirements regarding fencing and prepares accordingly. I would recommend him to anyone. He uses great materials and has the best price out there. Thank you Nivaldo. read more

We had to replace a wooden fence along the front of our property and so I sought three bids. I included Allstate Fencing because my sister several years ago had used them and was very pleased. Nivaldo not only provided the best pricing, he and his crew did a great job with the installation. Our property had some challenges but they never complained, and the end result looks terrific. They worked hard and when they left, our yard was in perfect condition. Bravo to them and bravo to us for having them do the work. read more

I had been waiting almost 2 months for the company that I've used in the past for vinyl fencing to install a white vinyl picket fence along my side yard. I then decided to jump on Yelp and see which contractors would be willing and able to give me an estimate and start the job right away. Nivaldo of All State Fencing reached out to me and we set up an appointment. You know how right off the batt you kind of get a vibe as to whether something is gonna go great or not, well this business venture went great! Nivaldo was on time, took the measurements, gave me an estimate on the spot and told me when he would be able to start. Today, him and his crew came in and got my fencing done in approximately 4 hours. They left my home just as clean as it was when they started the job. They are super friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend All State Fencing for your fencing needs. read more
