More than just a liquor store, Macadoodles is a liquor emporium. Massively huge selection of all sorts of spirits - brandies, vodkas, rums, whiskeys, you name it. Most of them already chilled and ready to go. And then we come to the wines. All neatly organized by origin. Argentine, French, Spanish, Chilean, and quite a few Californian wines. So when I was looking for something special as a gift for one of my UK friends. Looking a little lost, I asked one of the associates for some help. Some questions about what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, and I walked away with a bottle of a local Missouri wine. They offer tastings and samples so that you can make informed decisions. There is a good selection of wines and alcohol here but the people working at the register were very rude to me when I went to pay one day. They didn't believe that I was of age to buy alcohol and were giving me a hard time about it. Asked me my birthday and how old I was and basically told me it was fake, rolled their eyes and said "wow that's real close, this is gonna be good". I showed my ID with no complaints, bought my drinks, and left. I understand people underage probably try to buy alcohol with fake IDs but that is not a reason to harass and assume from other customers. I will never be back here again because of the rude service I received. I expect more from a business no matter what business it is. read more

Nice selection of liquor, wine and beer. Friendly service. I was shopping for local beer and found some, but not all, of NWA breweries represented. Here's what I found...Lost Forty, Bike Rack, Fossil Cove, Ozark, Core Seltzer, Diamond Bear, New Province. I will shop here again, but it's not the holy grail of local craft beer I had hoped to find. I spent about 15 years in the wholesale liquor and wine business in the midwest and have visited literally hundreds of liquor stores. Macadoodle's is head and shoulders above the rest. These folks understand the value of proper merchandising and selection. They stock thousands of brands and in quantities large enough that they won't run out of anything even on the busiest weekends. Their prices are competitive and this store is staffed well enough that someone is always close by to offer help and you shouldn't have to wait to check out. Beware of Macadoodles false advertising! They say they will match any competitors price but when my husband asked the GM if he would match Sam's Club price on a case of champagne he was firmly told "No". The GM complained that he only got 1 case of champagne & Sam's Club got 20 cases. The GM asked my husband why he would buy the champagne at macadoodles if he could get it somewhere else cheaper. My husband said because he would prefer to do business at local establishments & spend his money in Springdale where we live. My husband said no problem & he understands. Then my husband raised his hand to fist bump the GM and the GM proceeded to be glued to his phone as he sat out in front of macadoodles smoking. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS elsewhere!! This liquor store has amazing customer service! They believe in it so much it's their promise to you!! They have the friendliest staff and they'll even help you load up your goodies. There's a huge selection of drinks. We were on a hunt for ginger beer to make Moscow mules and they had several types. There was even free coffee and popcorn. Be careful when you get a keg from this place. Both my close friend and I were given taps that started working and then gave out half way through our parties. One of the taps wouldn't hold in the pressure and air was coming out, and the other tap had so much crud in it that the beer wouldn't even flow. We then had to drive 20 minutes to get a replacement at 11 pm (and after having a few drinks from the keg). Definitely ruined the buzz and the party. Especially for how much you pay for them! Otherwise, huge store and selection. You may just want to try to get a tap from somewhere else... The keg itself was fine. read more

Mac-a-doodle-you / Mac-a-doodle-me Of the nine liquor stores located in Springdale, this is the ONLY one that isn't owned by the same family. It's not only nice to have an option to now buy liquor from someone other than the Springdale Liquor Association, but this place wins hands down for price and selection. Literally harassed by the workers. I am a 21 year old female, who was with two 22 year old friends, and the cashiers were incredibly rude to us because by their standards, we did not look old enough to purchase. The first few months I lived in this area, I discovered Macadoodles and always experienced great customer service. However, the last few times I have been there, I have encountered one particularly rude employee by the name of Virginia.
