Forget trying to get anything fixed as they will not show up for appointments. You will take off work to sit home and wait for norhing. Your appliances will not get serviced, but they sure will report to the manufacturer that they serviced your appliance, or they will lie to the manufacturer and say you made up the problems you are having with your appliances. If they do happen to show up, they will leave within 5 minutes and lie on the service report they file with the manufacturer claiming they completed all kinds of services. They lied to Whirlpool on two separate occasions when it came to servicing our appliances that are still under the manufacturer warranty. RENEE is the worse person to deal with as she is hateful, condescending, and a flat out liar. She obviously fits in with the rest of their lying employees. A couple were removed in pieces and one was brought down in its entirety.
