I had already purchased the grille myself, so all I needed was the labor for installation. As soon as I arrived, the front staff were incredibly friendly, and a technician came out to give me an estimate. He grabbed my VIN number, did some quick research, and walked me through the labor required for the service. The entire estimate process only took a few minutes. The original quote for replacing the grille was $270, and since I'm a student, I politely asked if there was any possibility of a student discount. He immediately knocked $40 off, bringing my total to about $230, which was amazing. He was very confident and clear about the work that would be done, and they even had availability within the next two days. I came back in on Wednesday, and the process took about three to four hours. I picked up my car a little later, and the new grille looks absolutely incredible. Overall, the staff were super friendly, and I loved how close the shop is to downtown Kirkland while still being tucked away in a quieter neighborhood.
