Corey made me feel comfortable with his answers about every aspect of my foam roof replacement. He made notes about my request to remove sky lights and security bars. I had a detailed quote the same day with all the terms and conditions. MAC's price was very reasonable and included all my special requirements. Their quotation was backed up by their years of experience, contractor's license, bonding and insurance. I scheduled the roof replacement project and it was clear sailing from start to finish. They even sealed my new air conditioner in place and even coated the new plenum. The entire MAC team was professional, caring and they made sure the work areas were spotless before they left. I had Mac Roofing come out last year to assess the coating on the foam roof of the home I had just purchased, even after a property inspection. I was told Cory deals with my community and mind you, I did get a solicitation letter for a free estimate but their reviews seemed good so I figured I'd at least get an opinion. Note that I had the seller re-coat parts of the roof based on my inspection and a licensed and bonded roofer was used (he actually takes care of my tile roof through my HOA and no issues). Cory told me that the re-coat was done wrong and would need to be redone for $3,500. Yikes. I asked for a formal bid by email and it shot up to over $3,900 just for three areas! I then brought the HOA roofer out who did the repairs and he stood by his work, as did my HOA management company who uses him as a preferred vendor including in communities where flat roofs are covered in full. Interesting. I'm writing this as I just saw a post online from someone on Nextdoor with the same or similar home as mine (but a male homeowner) who got a quote for $2,600 for an entire foam roof re-coat from this company. He wanted to know if that was fair. Ha. Nothing is fair with this company and I never used them as I got a much better bid from my HOA's guy ($2,500 for the full foam roof) for when my roof actually needs a re-coat. Called to ask for a repair estimate and an estimate to replace the roof. Spoke to some lady in their office, $80.00 service call just to go out, the $80.00 will be applied if we chose to go with them. She continued to ask me what I need again, I explained to her I need two quotes one for repair and one for a potential roof replacement. It's for my sister's house, I don't live there, I'm in California. My sister owns the house. Told her I will be paying for my sister's service, the service call is for my sister's house. The customer service rep continued to ask me am I buying the house from my sister, I said, no, I'm just paying for the service. Then she continued to ask me, do I own the house, I said no, my sister owns the house, I'm paying for the service. Finally, the customer rep asked me what kind of roof does it have? I said I don't know, I don't live there, I would have to ask my sister. So then she said just to let you know...our company is 6 weeks out for repairs. I said ok, thank you. I first hired Mac Roofing in 2004 when I switched from the old 1974 style roof to foam. In all these years I never had an issue, until my neighbors roof started leaking into mine (long story). Mac Roofing had to come out and do work to both roofs and they are just as professional today as they were 14 years ago. Everyone I have dealt with from the owner to the office staff to the superintendent to the team are all very nice, and very professional. I did get another bid just for legal reasons, and the competition was 25% more. Everyone in Sunrise Villas where I live have used them for years, and no one has ever complained. I have a 7-year warranty so I know if there is a problem, I can count on the to fix it. I highly recommend them! read more

I don't often write reviews, but I felt the need to recognize and commend Cory Weaver of MAC Roofing for his excellent customer service and professionalism. I worked with Cory 3 years ago when I needed to replace my flat roofing material, and I decided to go with spray foam roofing for its durability and insulating properties. Cory was present for every detail of the job process and even handled some issues that arose with my HOA on my behalf. Recently, I needed to replace a skylight and I contacted MAC roofing to see if they would be able to do it for me. Cory called me back personally and informed me that his company is not authorized to work on materials below the level of the roof, so he pointed me in the direction of some companies that specialize in skylights. When those companies repeatedly failed to call me back in a timely manner, I called Cory again and he came out to my house the next day to look at my skylight and advise me on how to proceed. He climbed on the roof with me and told me that I could save time and money by easily doing this project myself, and he guided me and made himself available to me to follow through to the end, answering any and all questions I had. He even came out a second time to look at the project in progress to make sure I didn't have any danger of water leaking into my home. And he wasn't obligated to do any of this, since there was no issue with the foam roof that his company had applied. I have had quite a few people/companies do work on my house over the years, but the integrity and professionalism that Cory has is way above and beyond all that I have experienced, and MAC Roofing is lucky to have him as a part of their company. It's been one year (June 2019) since Mac Roofing service redid our entire flat roof of our townhouse. They did a good job, worked quickly and cleaned up well. But, to this day (I can't take it and have to say something about it) when the A/C comes on the roof of the house rumbles, it did not before their re-roofing service. Sure we had a leak in the roof, but not a rumbling sound problem. I called them in December, they finally sent out a man two months later in February 2019, who got up on the roof and blamed the A/C unit which is new from 2005 and never, made the roof rumble so badly until they moved it to adding roofing material underneath it! I asked, "did you not put enough material or the right kind of foam underneath the unit's stand, so that sound would not be rumbling in the bedrooms when one is trying to sleep?" I offered him to come in and stand in the laundry room and hear - where the rumbling really is loud. But he said he didn't have to. And that I should call an A/C company to fix it!!! Shit! Not alone did I have to replace all the gas lines, and added electrical pipes on the roof, along with the roofing service. But now even more expense to fix something that was not broken. I'm not a roofing expert, but, you would think that a reliable company as MAC ROOFING would take or do better care around what already exists on ones roof. read more

If we could give Mac Roofing Services more than 5 stars, we would. We called, and the receptionist's Marsha and Cynthia , at different times were more than accommodating. Our appointment was set and Corey Weaver, the sales person, who has been with Mac Roofing since 1997, came out. He checked every part of the roof with our son Mike. Very thorough! We are elderly, so our son and Corey worked out what was needed. He also took time to explain to us the" Polyurethane Foam And Coating" process used on flat roofs and the benefits, one being savings on our power bill.They emailed the , right on the mark, invoice, which was more than fair. The crew showed up on time. Like Corey, pleasant and professional .Ren'e , Lenni, Daret, Slvestry and Louise First-Rate!!!!! When they would leave, one would never know they had been here.. The clean up , Top Notch!!!!! Our roof looks fantastic, and yes, longer periods between the air conditioning clicking on. The interior of our home definitely STAYS cooler.
