I certainly don't need annual upkeep for a pest that's around for 3 months out of the year. I asked for a price on a single treatment and proceeded to make an appointment until was told I needed to pay the $299 in full before the service was even rendered. I understand taking a CC to hold the appointment, but paying in full without a technician even seeing the problem felt off. Now seeing the other reviews here on Yelp, I'm very glad I didn't book! I thought I was speaking to someone who books appointments, but it became abundantly clear I was talking to "sales." All of this was annoying, but things got worse from there. He went on a long spiel about their trustworthiness and how that "pre-pay" policy only went into effect 6 months ago. As a means of stopping the sales tactics and giving myself time to consider my options, I said "I will need to discuss this with my husband and give you a call back." The absolute nerve of this man to respond with "Oh, so you need to ask your husband's permission to make a purchase over the phone?" in a tone meant to manipulate me into "buying now." No, you backward, inappropriate, sexist, slimy salesman--I was just trying to politely get off the phone with you. I'll look for a company that employs folks with a little more integrity who have moved beyond a 1950s worldview.

They never showed up when I call back today it was nobody to talk to. I ended up having a chat on a live chat and she told me that the reason they didn't show up is because they didn't offer the lawn service in New Hampshire and so they canceled it but never told me and when they cancel that they also canceled the initial review and sit down about the product. At this point in time I'm thinking maybe I should just find somebody else especially after looking at the reviews. If I haven't even had to deal with them in person yet and this is the kind of service I get if they can't even show up then I guess they're not reliable.
