I called on Saturday morning to make sure I didn't need a reservation or something. Guy let me know, NOPE, just first come first serve. We got there around 10:45 and it was completely dead- thank goodness. We were greeted by two all black, well behaved dogs ( I believe they work there :))... They have two tubs, one for a big dog, and one for a little one. We put on some smocks, was given some shampoo, and Rocco jumped right in the tub. NOT because there is some super enticing thing inside the tub, but probably because he didn't know any better and we told him to get in :) The guy then just let us have at it and left us alone for the fun part. Suds and rubs, and plenty of shakes of water later, we were drying Rocco off with a fluffy towel. There is a dryer there, but we decided not to use it because he was easy to dry with the towel. When we were done, we just leashed up, paid $15 and was on our way with a happily cleaned and always spoiled dog. Nice place, small and simple and not overwhelming for us. We'll be back next bath time ! P.S., they don't trim nails, but will give you the tools to if you'd like... no thank you... i would be too scared.... but just so you know.
