They then denied me treatment due to a medical situation that would not have caused the problems they were claiming. I left very upset and consulted my Dr who disputed their claims. I then consulted several other facilities that provide laser tattoo removal who all contradicted what I was told at PB Med spa. I am now under going treatment at another facility with no adverse reactions or complications. I would call their expertise in the services they provide into question. The sale prices make it more manageable to shop here. For instance, the nondairy cheese I mentioned earlier is usually $4.49/8oz package, I missed a sale on it for $2.99/8oz package. (Their website listed a sale that ran through Sept. 1st) having never actually tried non dairy cheese, I was nervous to spend that much on something that *might* be gross... so I kind of would want to wait for another sale. This is the first time I have made a review on Yelp but I feel folks need to have a heads up…read more Walgreens as a prescription provider, at least in Midland, has really gone down in quality and availability in the past few years but I went back due to insurance needs. I was recently prescribed a common antibiotic at electronically from the doctors office at 4 pm on a Tuesday. This prescription was not ready for pickup until 5:30 pm on Wednesday. Almost 26 hours. I went in mid day Wednesday and offered to wait and was told "they don't do waiters". This store has courteous staff but it is impossible to get thru to talk to a real person if you call. I had to call the corporate office to get that done. The excuse I was given was the pharmacist was "unavailable" Tuesday afternoon and they got backed up. Add into that the daily lunch shut down and you can see why there is the excessive wait. No pharmacy either Saturday or Sunday at this location. Not sure if the other Walgreens locations are a better option but that's my next move.
