While working, I drove past Posh Pony and made a mental note to go check it out at the end of the day. Sadness, as they had closed at 5:30. So, on my way out of town the next day I made a stop in, and was so happy that I did. Posh Pony has such an ecclectic mix of styles that are appealing to all different personality types. There were more sexy "going out" clothes, but also well tailored items that could pass for work. The girl working was very nice, and didn't mind at all that I had to look at everything. I would give Posh Pony more stars if I could, just for the fact that they are in Midland.

The doors into Ulta at the side entrance from within the mall remain locked all the time, so one must enter from the outside front main entrance. The girl at the online pickup kiosk on the evening of June 3, 2024, was a bit indifferent during our exchange. My order was ready much faster than anticipated & they got it correct. I'm a fan.

Today when I went in the store there was a middle aged oriental woman and an older oriental man and they were speaking a language; that I could not understand and they couldn't help me or answer my questions; they were not very fluent with the american language; so I left. I asked her about it and she looked confused and stared at me blankly. Then she told me "Oh uh, well, I think we're out of stock. It's only while supplies last." She didn't even check. I asked if they were going to restock and she said "Yes. Thursday." And stared at me, compelling me to leave with her eyes. Really? You're going to flat-out lie to my face to avoid giving me the included gift? And you're not even going to offer to let me pick it up after it's "restocked"? I also had to flag down a worker to help me get the hair dye from the back, since the shelf was empty. She initially fled from me and tried to avoid eye contact when I approached her with my question. Then I had to explain the situation multiple times to her, because her first words after I explained my request were "It should be there." She pulled some boxes from the back, dropped one on the floor, and picked up the one FROM THE FLOOR and handed it to me. I don't know if she lacks even a modicum of common sense or decency, or if she was really just trying to disrespect and insult me. Needless to say I won't be back to this location. Honestly it's like everyone in that store was trying their damnest to make it the most uncomfortable experience possible. I feel like I needed a shower after that completely awkward exchange.

There were two other employees there that were right there when I asked that she could've said do we have this certain item since indeed they did. One of the other young ladies pointed me in the direction slightly embarrassed by her counterpart.
