When I couldn't find the shade I needed, she walked back with me and silently pulled it from the top of the shelf and handed it over with a bored look on her face. Whatever. I also wanted to shop for fragrance as that is one of my obsessions, and upon approaching the fragrance wall to spray scents on the sample sticks, I discovered that each bottle was attached to the shelves with a retracting cord. Not only does this instantly give a ghetto vibe (which is weird in this upscale shopping area) but the bottles that I wanted to sample on the upper shelves were difficult to manage with the cords. And lastly, when I was checking out the cashier told me my total and said "enter your phone number on the pad". I said I don't give out my number and she stared at me dumbfounded then said it was required for points or something. After declining a few times I had to tell her that my husband is an attorney and I have strict orders to never give out my phone number. Cashier goes ice cold, hands me my shopping bag and out the door I go.

As soon as I came in for my consultation I knew she was the surgeon for me, she was extremely thorough and spent over an hour and a half just answering my questions. At pre-op Dr. Driessen again spent HOURS answering my questions, reviewing the procedures with me, all the while being kind, patient, and understanding with me. Day of surgery her team were amazing. The nursing staff were so reassuring and sweet. I'm on day 3 post op today and got to come in and see the results and CRIED. I could not believe how amazing my results are! Dr. Driessen and her entire staff are extremely skilled, kind, perfectionists. I will refer her to every one, and I wouldn't consider going to anyone else in the future. These procedures literally changed my life and I am eternally grateful for the care I received.

She answered all my questions, and gave me tips on what I need to do to reduce scarring. She was able to remove the mold the same day. It's been about a month since the mole was removed, and it is healing so well! Just a little bit of redness, and I really think the scar will be very minimal! I did not use insurance for this procedure, and I thought the costs were very reasonable and fair. For any additional dermatology needs, I will make my way back to this center.

I've wanted this surgery all my life, ignoring the upper half of my body in all aspects, but I'm scared of change. Even if I'm not content with something, the unknown is very scary for me. From the very beginning, MaKael has been my rock. She is incredibly informative and never once made me feel rushed or judged. I tend to overthink and stress myself out with endless Google searches, but she calmed me a million times over. She was quick to respond (even calling me on her day off when I was anxious) and always gave me clear, honest answers without fluff. She has a way of articulating exactly what I was thinking and truly held my hand through the process, both figuratively and literally. I came in 3-4 times for sizing because I just couldn't make a decision, and she never once lost patience. She took all the time I needed and made me feel completely at ease. Honestly, she is the reason this process has been so easy and reassuring. Aja, the pre-op assistant, has also been wonderful. She called me multiple times before surgery to go over the process, and when we met in person, she was just as lovely, warm, and reassuring. The instructions she gave me to prepare for surgery were so simple, clear, and easy to follow that I felt confident and ready instead of overwhelmed. I also appreciate that I was able to meet with the doctor multiple times before surgery. He was consistently honest, confident, and realistic with my expectations. What I love most is that I still get to sit down with him one final time before surgery to discuss sizing and details again. Nothing has ever felt rushed. I'm admittedly the classic indecisive patient, not about having surgery itself, but about what would best fit my frame, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable with every decision. On top of that, I normally go to a med spa in Orange County for my Botox and fillers, and when I mentioned I was considering this surgeon, they immediately knew of him and reassured me that I was making a great choice. That outside validation gave me even more confidence moving forward. If you are even considering a procedure, even if you aren't sure, I can't recommend this team enough. Having people like MaKael supporting you makes all the difference. She has turned what could have been a stressful, intimidating journey into one where I feel cared for, understood, and completely confident. I can hear for a little filler for my birthday, I just wanted to look a little lifted. I received an appointment with a nurse who was clearly very busy, no shade. I had originally intended to spend $600 on myself, it was specifically set aside as I keep a very tight budgeting for my expenses. (much like anyone else, I have responsibilities). During my appointment my nurse evaluated what I wanted and then proceeded to inject, blowing past my inquiry in regard to what I would be charged. I was charged $1200, and unfortunately I had spoken to someone over the phone later who emphasized with my problem, offered me a skincare treatment, and then never got back to me. I'm disappointed that this office that I very much enjoyed and appreciated didn't handle this in a more honest, and professional manner.

We have…read morea Physician who is always with us and I personally have worked in the Medical/Pharmaceutical Industry for 2 decades now. Earlier today I told the doc that I needed a Rx called in and he said "No problem, but I just want to warn you that this is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with." I said "Common how bad could it be?" I was in the room right next to him as he was speaking with the pharmacy and telling them the Rx. I went to go pick it up along with a refill that I submitted. When I got there and went to the window asked her(Tech) for my Rx she said "No one called in your Rx and there was INS issue with the other refill." I told her that was factually incorrect and to submit the refill(I knew she was lying, because I've delt with this before). Pharmacy techs at Walgreens regularly DELETE Rx's just because they're busy and don't want to fill them. When I say DELETE I mean DELETE, not put back in your file to be filled later. In my career I have delt with 100's of pharmacy's and have a deep understanding of how an Rx is filled from the manufacturer to the patient. She processed the INS like I said it went right through. I then asked for the other Rx that was called in and her exact response was "I DON'T CARE SIT DOWN!!!." I did wait for about 10 minutes as I had the DELTED Rx called back in by our Physician. After waiting for a little bit I then came back up to ask the status of the Rx and to document her name so that I could report her. What she did next was unbelievable!!! Her exact response was "I'M GOING TO SUE YOU!!!". I want to make a note that the pharmacist was pleasant/nice and asked her tech what she was doing. I'm shocked she tolerated this behavior by her techs. The techs were clearly running the show here. I ended up walking out without any of the meds. The reason for these meds were 2 people in our party were seriously ill with a respiratory infection(the prior day one of them passed out on the side of the road coughing so hard that she couldn't breathe(Hypoxia). I was developing the same symptoms and wanted to start treatment immediately. Sadly this was not possible because of the LAZINESS and EGO of a disgruntled pharmacy tech. Having read and seen the ratings of this Walgreens its crystal clear that they couldn't care less. However, Walgreens if you actually read this(highly unlikely) and decide to take action(even more unlikely) to correct your clearly problematic store(It's never too late). I was in this store on Friday February 6th around 11am. Have an outstanding weekend!!!
