If I could give Dr. Driessen and her team more than 5 stars I would. I learned about her via word of mouth from a local moms group I'm in. I heard she truly cares about her patients and was extremely kind and empathetic, and that her work is exceptional- and that was 100% true. As soon as I came in for my consultation I knew she was the surgeon for me, she was extremely thorough and spent over an hour and a half just answering my questions. At pre-op Dr. Driessen again spent HOURS answering my questions, reviewing the procedures with me, all the while being kind, patient, and understanding with me. Day of surgery her team were amazing. The nursing staff were so reassuring and sweet. I'm on day 3 post op today and got to come in and see the results and CRIED. I could not believe how amazing my results are! Dr. Driessen and her entire staff are extremely skilled, kind, perfectionists. I will refer her to every one, and I wouldn't consider going to anyone else in the future. What a pleasure it was to meet Dr. Driessen. Not only did she come into our appointment with a smile on her face, but also with enthusiasm and true genuineness! She went over the notes I had told the girls at the desk and walked me through the differences of each filler in regards to what I was looking for. Ultimately we both were on the same page as to what I thought was best for me. She agreed and confirmed what I had initially thought. I'm more on the natural scale of beauty so I didn't want anything noticeable to a stranger. I noticed that after turning 30 I had lost some volume on my bottom lip (what a bummer). She addressed it and we decided that Volbella would be my perfect fit. It does dissolve after 4-6 months depending on your body chemistry which was good for me, considering if I didn't like the results, it doesn't last forever. I was grateful for the strong numbing gel (20 minutes to fully numb) because I'm a wimp. Hardly felt a thing. No bleeding or bruising afterwards. *I also think that is because I made sure not to use any ibuprofen or drink the night before my appointment. Ultimately I only used one syringe and only injected into my bottom lip. The great part is that they store any remainder you have for your next visit. And I find with the Volbella, my lips are still soft and supple. Not firm like other fillers. I'll be back and refer any friends that have some upgrading to do! read more

I was/am desperately seeking a plastic surgeon to do a revision after my breast reconstruction. The surgeon who performed the reconstruction after my mastectomy told me he is leaving the hospital where I had my operation and it is unknown when I would be able to do the revisions that are necessary, such as replacing my left implant with a larger one to match the right side. Dr. Driessen looked like the perfect place to turn to because her website said that "thousands of women are unsatisfied with their previous breast reconstruction surgery and in need of breast revision surgery," and that she is "pleased to offer effective breast reconstruction revision and is eager to help you achieve the balanced attractive form you desire." Well, then why was the office staff courteous until I explained why I called. She cut me off when I asked for a consultation saying that the doctor was not taking any new patients! A plastic surgeon not taking new patients? That is very confusing. Their business depends on new patients, unlike an internist who treats their patients on a regular and recurring basis. I asked for a referral and was given the name of a general surgeon, not a specialist, and the reviews were not exactly glowing. I am very sad because I have been left in the lurch and do not know where to turn. read more

I had implants that had no problem, but an exchange was way over due! I am a little much, so I explained to her that I wanted to go as full as possible. I don't even know where to begin with this review, but if I could sum it up quickly it would be GO TO DR. DRIESSEN. I originally had my breast implant and lift scheduled with a different plastic surgeon who suddenly passed away. Already being crushed by that news, I had multiple consultations with other surgeons who treated me less than human. I was not seen nor heard, I was degraded and also quoted at obscene prices. By the time I decided to go to Driessen for a consult, I had decided it would be my last consult, especially because my self esteem was already fragile and I was going to have to pay for the consult. I didn't want to pay to feel like trash. LET ME TELL YOU, Dr Driessen and her entire staff could not have given me a better experience. Even if I never went through with the surgery (I definitely did and my boobs are ICONIC) they were all so kind, welcoming and made me feel like I was worth something. They made the entire experience from the consultation, to the pre-op, surgery and post op care the most reassuring and EASY experience. If I had an issue with the pharmacy, covid test or literally anything they immediately made phone calls to get it done. Dr. Driessen is the real deal. Professional, warm and friendly and you can clearly see that she cares about her patient's comfort and well being. I learned of Dr Driessen by way of being a dermatology patient of Dr. Messina. They share an office and are a husband and wife team. Appointments are very prompt. I wanted to do some natural "refreshing" to my face. At 63, I take great care of my health and body but wanted to diminish some of my facial lines yet not look overdone. I had heard that Dr Driessen had many reconstructive patients that had followed her to Palm Desert when she moved her Riverside practice 1 and 1|2 years ago to the desert. That impressed me and when I sat in the chair ready to begin I understood why. Her big smile put me at ease the moment she walked in. Dr Driessen took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and as she began work, frequently asked how I was feeling, or showed me the mirror to see the immediate results and fine tune as I wanted. Her attention to detail was excellent. I had a minimal amount of swelling and immediately saw the difference in my face. It was exactly what I envisioned. I had also decided to try CoolSculpting to minimize some stubborn upper belly fat that wouldn't go away no matter how much I exercised. "AMAZING SURGEON" In love with my results. After seeing multiple plastic surgeons. I immediately knew I wanted my breast augmentation done by Dr .Natalie Driessen . The office is very elegant and clean. I was always greeted by staff members with a smile on their face. Making sure my visit was well taken care of. Dr. Driessen is an exceptional doctor. In my consultation she answered all my questions with knowledge, she went over all the details and was so patient. I " WAS NOT" nervous one bit and that's the vibe she gives you! Also everyone in the surgery room made me feel like I was in good hands. I went with silicone 385cc under the muscle. My surgery was a success. Everything went well after surgery I was in minimal pain. The very next day I was able to move my arms up and down with no problems. I had no problem doing anything for myself after surgery. I was off the pain meds a week after surgery just taking Tylenol if needed. I did not bleed after nor did I have swelling or bruising at all in the whole time of recovering. I did a lot of research watched many YouTube videos about breast augmentation and women saying how painful it was and how they couldn't lift up there arms or hold a cup also ! Which completely scared me. I'm happy that I can't compare my self to them since I didn't have that problem with my surgery.
