There is one competent Dr, Unfortunately I missed several appointments because I was consistently ill, which is how I later discovered I had cancer. After explaining my medical situation directly to a doctor and discussing the difficulty I was having getting in, my appointment with that doctor was cancelled. I understand that practices have policies, but I expected more compassion and better continuity of care during a serious health crisis.

They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of weeks. When I went in for my appointment, the office was clean, the staff was knowledgeable, and Brittany was very kind. She answered all my questions, and gave me tips on what I need to do to reduce scarring. She was able to remove the mold the same day. It's been about a month since the mole was removed, and it is healing so well! Just a little bit of redness, and I really think the scar will be very minimal! I did not use insurance for this procedure, and I thought the costs were very reasonable and fair. For any additional dermatology needs, I will make my way back to this center.

I recently met with Dr. Roberts for the first time to go over a chronic five year undiagnosed…read moreproblem involving an acute skin irritation. I had consulted specialists over the years, including multiple Dermatologists, allergists, primary care doctor, rheumatologists and a neurologist and a had a biopsy, all came up with NOTHING. They all recommended I see another specialist, I was left with a "rash-less itch" effecting my scalp, ears and chest. Dr. Roberts suggested I go on an elimination diet because she suspected it could be a food allergy. I actually doubted this diagnosis but I was desperate so I went on the elimination diet which isn't fun, I noticed no improvement for a week and a half andI had little confidence that it would work. Then suddenly the itching ceased!!! Basically a 90% improvement!!I It's been a month now. I have added back things on the elimination diet and I am now convinced it is a reaction to something that I am eating. In my first euphoria of not having the itch. I estimated it was 90% better. I would now more accurately, describe it as varying day-to-day depending on what I've eaten from 80 to 90% better which is still an incredible improvement on my life because it also had a positive affect on my sleep, aches and pains of arthritis and seasonal allergies. All have gotten noticeably better. In hindsight, it seems like a simple solution, but apparently it wasn't that simple because all the other specialists for five years simply recommended seeing another specialist. I owe Dr. Roberts great debt of gratitude. 5 stars.

He insisted my hair loss is because I'm autoimmune, he says I will always struggle with hair loss. He told me to try minoxidil & "Hope" that it works. He also said he was going to prescribe minoxidil but the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. And no education was given on minoxidil. Horrible care all the way around. There was no good aspect to any of this.
