If I could give Dr. Driessen and her team more than 5 stars I would. I learned about her via word…read moreof mouth from a local moms group I'm in. I heard she truly cares about her patients and was extremely kind and empathetic, and that her work is exceptional- and that was 100% true. As soon as I came in for my consultation I knew she was the surgeon for me, she was extremely thorough and spent over an hour and a half just answering my questions. At pre-op Dr. Driessen again spent HOURS answering my questions, reviewing the procedures with me, all the while being kind, patient, and understanding with me. Day of surgery her team were amazing. The nursing staff were so reassuring and sweet. I'm on day 3 post op today and got to come in and see the results and CRIED. I could not believe how amazing my results are! Dr. Driessen and her entire staff are extremely skilled, kind, perfectionists. I will refer her to every one, and I wouldn't consider going to anyone else in the future. These procedures literally changed my life and I am eternally grateful for the care I received.

Do not go to Dr. Driessen for breast implants. She did a terrible job on me and two years later I'm…read moreresearching doctors to get them fixed and redone. She was very nice during pre op but post op I got ignored for weeks and then when she finally returned my call she was extremely rude to me in answer to my questions. Such a disappointing and frustrating experience.

I recently met with Dr. Roberts for the first time to go over a chronic five year undiagnosed…read moreproblem involving an acute skin irritation. I had consulted specialists over the years, including multiple Dermatologists, allergists, primary care doctor, rheumatologists and a neurologist and a had a biopsy, all came up with NOTHING. They all recommended I see another specialist, I was left with a "rash-less itch" effecting my scalp, ears and chest. Dr. Roberts suggested I go on an elimination diet because she suspected it could be a food allergy. I actually doubted this diagnosis but I was desperate so I went on the elimination diet which isn't fun, I noticed no improvement for a week and a half andI had little confidence that it would work. Then suddenly the itching ceased!!! Basically a 90% improvement!!I It's been a month now. I have added back things on the elimination diet and I am now convinced it is a reaction to something that I am eating. In my first euphoria of not having the itch. I estimated it was 90% better. I would now more accurately, describe it as varying day-to-day depending on what I've eaten from 80 to 90% better which is still an incredible improvement on my life because it also had a positive affect on my sleep, aches and pains of arthritis and seasonal allergies. All have gotten noticeably better. In hindsight, it seems like a simple solution, but apparently it wasn't that simple because all the other specialists for five years simply recommended seeing another specialist. I owe Dr. Roberts great debt of gratitude. 5 stars.

Absolutely horrible. Had an appointment at the corona Pacific derm, and I've been a patient there…read morefor almost 10 years now, with different dermatologist coming to evaluate my face. This was by far the worst experience i've had at this office. He came in, did not ask me questions about what was going on nor did he even take any time to evaluate my face. He kept trying to leave after 2 minutes even though I had more questions. However the PA, that was there showed way more concern for me and asked me questions after the "dermatologist" left the room. She even referred me to the dermatologist that used to work at the corona office, which i had previous experience with (all positive of course). All he did was prescribe me different things without any instructions or what they would help with. He only cares about a paycheck and not the patients. Since i've gone through different derms at this specific clinic, I know who actually has a heart for the patients and who has a heart for the paycheck.

I had a Saturday morning appointment. He showed up very late to the office & the staff mentioned…read morethat he does that often. He doesn't listen well-just insists he is right before he even knows your situation. I went to him for hair loss. I wanted a scalp biopsy so I can determine what treatment would be effective & not waste my time & money trying things that won't even work. I also have scalp pain & wanted to see if maybe I have a scalp or hair follicle infection. He refused to do a scalp biopsy or culture. He insisted my hair loss is because I'm autoimmune, he says I will always struggle with hair loss. He told me to try minoxidil & "Hope" that it works. He also said he was going to prescribe minoxidil but the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. And no education was given on minoxidil. Horrible care all the way around. There was no good aspect to any of this.
