First they booked me a 30 min facial even thought I made myself clear that I wanted a proper facial, not a grab and go facial which somehow I was booked for. I cancelled the eyelashes to have a full hour which was ludicrous. I wakes out with not only mascara under my eyes, my combination skin was not cleaned property and my pores got no attention. The dermatology plane treatment was timid today the least. The brow taxi g and plucking was also very underwhelming. I have wayward brows remaining and most upsetting was THAT MY ESTHETICIAN BWVER LOOKED AT MY SKIN WITH A LIGHT TO SEE WHAT MY SKIN NEEDED. So my coworker & I been hopping around in Newark to find a go too spot for our self-care days. Can't help, but been returning to this cute little salon. Maybe also the fact it is most convenient location near my job. They take walk-in's. I was able to get serviced right away without any wait time for the last several visits. Had I waited maybe 5 more minutes, could have been different. Most of the technicians are nice. However, the owner was the most gentle. Very satisfying to see my cuticles removed and was ocd with keeping my nail bed clean and filing all my tips to be unison. He was quick, but thorough. So far so good. None of my gel mani has ever lifted and lasts me a good month before getting them done again.
