I am not familiar with the layout of this store, but found the Levi's section fairly easily on the first floor. Finding the particular kind I needed was more challenging. Thankfully, a gem of a lady named Diana T. at the AYS department offered to help me. She found what I needed and checked me out with a kind word and a smile. Miss Diana made my day. It's hard to find places with excellent and friendly service anymore. I live 7 hours away, but if I lived closer I'd be a regular customer.

Store was relatively clean and well stocked with options and super tidy! (Esp the men's shoes/dress attire). Lots of staff working their sections! Only took a star off bc half the escalators weren't working and the elevator was slow and not inspected in over a year like it was supposed to (lights/sounds not working). Hopefully both are being addressed! Our trip up and down 3 floors for various needs took **forever** waiting on the elevator when we couldn't even walk up/down some of the broken escalators. And if they sold whips and chains (which excite Rihanna), it'd be Kink. But it's actually Pink, owned by Victoria's Well-Known Public Knowledge (not to be confused with Pubic Knowledge, which they also have). This is an excellent Pink store in Humble, and even though in many ways it's a typical Pink store and maybe a little smaller than some, and even though it's in a mall that's pretty run down and seems like it will be closing at some point, judging by how many stores here are closing down, and due to the mall being old, it still ended up being one of our favourite Pink stores. One of the reasons why it is one of our favourites is because out of all the stores we went to in the Houston area, this is the one where Barbie found the most things in her extra small and small sizes on sale during that massive sale that Pink has. She found at least three different pairs of hot-ass leggings that she absolutely loves and still wears on the reg, and has worn in many of the sexy pictures she has taken that some of you may have perused once or twice. Service was okay and lines were okay but they weren't the real strong points of the store. Great sale options and pricing and having everything in stock are the top reasons why we love this particular location. Now I have to take all my tattoos and run to the bathroom. Because I put the P in "ink."

You would think letting someone know they can only use ONE of their bins would be pertinent information. I don't understand how moronic people can truly be. Another customer there with me shared the same grief. They obviously don't care about their business failing or growing and don't seem to care about buying either. I'd stay away from this store if you're trying to sell if I was you. I don't need the money so I'm not leaving this review out of anger. Just cannot understand how dense workers are these days. My only issue was the last time I came in I asked someone where they moved the cardigans and she pointed across the store and said "by the dresses". They weren't by the dresses so I wandered around looking for a bit until I finally found them. The other issue is the line...they have 2 registers and about 10 employees and only 1 girl really ringing. There wasn't a sense of urgency in getting the line down at all. I've worked retail all my life so I know stuff happens, but when you constantly see employees casually walking around and a long line has formed they should help the cashier out.
