When I got to the spa for my appointment, to my surprise I had a man for my facial which I specifically did not want. You also changed my other technicians! As a previous managing aesthetician and spa receptionist I am very disappointed in my experience here. I'd like to add another comment about Sarah. She noticed a spot in my face a few months ago and suggested I get it checked by a Dermatologist. The spot in my face was not anything to be concerned about, however after screening my entire body by the Dermatologist, they found a Malignant Melanoma on my leg. It was removed and the pathology report came back clear after it was removed. If it hadn't been for Sarah, I wouldn't have found this and the end result may have been very different! If you have experienced a facial where they put a mask on then leave you in the room for 20 minutes only to come back wipe off the cleanser and send you on your way- come to Toni for a facial that includes treatment on your feet, arms and shoulder massage and a facial that leaves your skin glowing!
