I had no issues until I was asked to take another position that required me to move out of state. Here I am still dealing with their ridiculous cancellation policies, 3 months and $230 later. Although I turned in the form they asked for, nobody mentioned that there would be several other required emails in order for the actual cancellation to go through. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company, and I would not recommend signing up if there is a possibility that you may have to move or anything like that. They sent me an email today acknowledging they received our cancellation request back in April (but did not accept due to some email), and that on top of the $230+ I have already paid without services. They want another $128.59 for me to cancel, even though we thought we were good in April. They mentioned we did not get a response to some email process that Tecumseh Shape Fitness neglected to inform us about, so somehow this is our fault? We did what we were asked to do, in person before we left.
