I can't say enough positive things about Hard Luck Auto. If I could, I would give them 10 stars…read more While visiting their shop this week I witnessed their exceptional service, humor, compassion, quick wit, RESPECT, and willingness to go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help others. As a woman, this was the first time I felt comfortable and respected in an auto repair shop. Even though they were extremely busy, they never rushed through a conversation on the phone or in person. Every guest was greeted with a smile by Toni. Adam remembered a customers name from a year and a half prior. "Shawshank" worked on my car and went out of his way to explain and resolve the unusual problem (thank you, sir!). Even though their schedule fills up fast and you may be second or third in line, there was not one single disgruntled customer. The work they do brings an amazing energy to the building. If you need their help, go see them. If you are in a position to help them through a donation or by purchasing a shirt, please do! At the very least go like their Facebook page and spread the word about them. You never know who in your life may need their help. We need more people in this world like the staff of Hard Luck Auto. They are a blessing to our community and Oklahoma.

When he left, I was fully trained to understand and monitor the system to get peak performance out of it and catch problems before they become big problems. Also, because there are so many mechanical parts to this system, I asked them to put me on an annual inspection plan (they did not push one by the way, but I'm a big believer in preventative maintenance so I asked them to add me to their calendar). These guys are top-notch and I'm glad my daughter recommended them to me. Let me now recommend them to you!.
