Their application: Expel young children adopted through the state from programs instead of trying to work with the child and parent on path of de-escalation. Their CEO essentially told the parents that the lower elementrary grade child was going to grow up a bad member of society. They don't really care about MAKING AN IMPACT for EVERYONE in the community. They care about helping the convenient members of the community. read more

What an absolute disappointment and an utter disgrace the staff are. I am aware of a young man being treated very rudely by every staff member he sought help from as a lifeguard, Ryan, treated him so rudely, I will never step foot in this place again. The young man was standing in the shallow water of the pool, watching his little kids play in the pool, when the lifeguard told him his kids had to be closer to him and made fun of him for not wanting to go in the water because he was cold. The lifeguard commented about a very elderly woman being in the water and also in her 90s, which was very inappropriate. The young father asked the lifeguard if he was making fun of him. The lifeguard replied, "I can have you banned." What a disgrace. That lifeguard should have been dismissed on the spot, but no. His supervisor and the CEO were just as rude, not listening to the young man trying to talk to them about the way he had been treated by the lifeguard. I'm absolutely disgusted. What inept management and horrific leadership. This lifeguard is incompetent. They should be ashamed of themselves. I'm ashamed of them. read more
