Nomad's is a licensed animal/wildlife education center that offers interactive tours (reservations required). The animals are mostly rescued and owner surrenders from people who thought a wild animal would make a great pet. We got to meet many great animals and interact with many of them. So as long as you're old enough, do the predator pass, just trust me. So here's the deal, I'm odd, I love opossums and all they do for the environment. They're just fun, fluffy critters that just kinda do what they do. It's been a long term goal of mine to hold and pet an opossum. Despite being probably one of the least exotic animals, I finally got to do it. The coatimundis are hilarious and ironically the largest of the predators, the wolves, were just giant fluffs. GO THERE AND TAKE YOUR FAMILY. Very professionally run and you can tell that they REALLY care about the animals and are very informed on care, enrichment, and vast knowledge on each animal. 10/10.
