The problems started literally seconds before the bride walked down the aisle when the venue manager stopped her to warn that the wedding would be shut down if any more alcohol was found. The alcohol in question was a sealed bottle discovered inside a backpack after venue staff/security conducted what many guests felt was an unnecessary and inappropriate search. Regardless of venue rules, confronting an emotional bride at that exact moment was unbelievably unprofessional and immediately created tension. After the ceremony, everyone complied with instructions and removed anything questionable. Despite that, venue staff and security continued searching vehicles and going through personal belongings in both suites without guests' knowledge or consent. The bride and groom were later pulled away from their reception because security claimed they overheard guests talking about alcohol in a trunk. The entire situation ultimately turned out to be about guests grabbing Black Cherry High Noons for the bar while someone changed shoes in their car. Guests were repeatedly harassed throughout the evening. One grandmother was followed to her car by security while buckling in her grandkids. Another guest was stopped from re-entering unless his vehicle was searched because of an energy drink. To make matters worse, staff began pushing cleanup over an hour before the contracted end time despite a cleaning fee already being paid, leaving family and guests cleaning tables and trash themselves. The entire night the venue staff felt hostile, discomforting, and wildly unprofessional. Rules are one thing, but repeatedly disrupting the reception, searching personal belongings, harassing guests, and creating this level of tension was completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this venue after what I witnessed.

Several guests were confronted about their vehicles and personal belongings in a way that felt invasive and intimidating. Families with children were made uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere became tense and hostile because of how aggressively the situation was handled. What should have been a joyful wedding turned into an evening full of stress and drama caused almost entirely by the venue staff. There are far better venues out there that know how to treat paying customers and wedding guests with respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, professional wedding experience.

We've stayed here at this location before and I remember the same man being the most rude person I've ever experienced. I sat and watched 4 people check into rooms that were closer to my sister than I was and checked in 30 minutes after I checked in! Absolutely ridiculous when you pay for service and someone purposely does this.

Reception was a complete dumpster fire with a long line of guests waiting to check in or with problems (dirty rooms, no linens or bugs - 1 guest had a can of bug spray thrust at him). The 2nd room was acceptable(2nd floor), but I didn't sleep well since I was nervous about bugs. If we didn't think that the front desk would screw up a refund we would have left.

I will gladly return back here for shows in the future and I hope you give them a chance as well for I don't believe you'll be disappointed at all. One word of caution, always make sure you make your rounds before buying something unless it's something you just can't live without. Never be afraid to try and broker deals either. They also have some of the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen at a convention center.

Like there's a silo (I think that's what it is?) right outside the venue and also train tracks right outside too. It definitely feels like you are in a more or less secluded area, even though it's very much still in Edmond. The ground outside the venue was mostly large gravel up closest to the entrance, and small gravel further away (like where most people ended up parking). It wasn't the most level ground, which made it a bit difficult for those of us in high heels! It also didn't help that it had rained earlier that day, so there were tons of puddles... so many that you could barely avoid stepping in dirty water, not to mention the wetness paired with the gravel paired with tall shoes just made for a slightly wobbly walk inside. Not the worst thing ever, but if I were the venue, I'd definitely consider paving more of the ground outside to counteract this! There is a small deck type thing out of the front. They have stairs and also a ramp up to this deck which leads to the front door entrance. Inside was smaller than I expected it to be, but it definitely fit everyone that came to the wedding and the reception. It has sort of a mix of the cute country vibe and the fancy warehouse vibe thing going on. I believe you could see the bricks inside, and there were also barn doors on the windows just for example. There was a small balcony in the back. From what I could tell the only way to get up to the balcony was by stairs. Then through a hallway in the back they also have bathrooms and a groomsmen room and bridesmaids room. Because the ceremony and reception were both here, we had to all go outside to wait for them to switch from rows of chairs to tables. I'm not sure if the venue itself was in charge of doing this, or some outside third party, but it didn't take too long (maybe 10-15 minutes). Luckily, we had food and a coffee bar to keep us occupied while waiting for this switch.

So I was having a bad night, something was off. I ended up having a mild seizure at the venue and…read morethe staff, patrons, everyone jumped in to help. A lady named Jen acted on her emergency training, the staff called 911 (which I didn't end up needing but they were on top of it in case I did!) they helped me get up, clean up and checked on me consistently. Super odd, should have been humiliating, not fun experience turned into something completely different. I cannot say enough good things about these people. I can speak for the upstairs staff but if everyone is as amazing as they are... then I have complete faith this whole venue is phenomenal. While I don't live near here, I'll for sure be back. Hopefully not for a reenactment of becoming the exorcist again but for a great time with my friends. Definitely if they have band play again! J'some Aldean Tribute Band was so good!
