I have lived here for about 1.5 years. I would strongly recommend a different building in the area. While the location is good, the building is not well maintained and the building always has some other nit picky way of getting you. The freight elevator has not worked since February and the front elevator is on its last legs. The gates for the parking garages to only allow residents are have also been breaking lately, meaning the gates get left open and nothing is secure. The trash is not picked up around the building and the maintenance is poor, with sometimes days going by before your maintenance issue is addressed. Then you get an email that they are short staffed on maintenance and it is like, well then you need to hire more staff. The latest issue I am having is I have had renters insurance since the day I moved in, but the building recently moved to a new system to track it. It took me weeks to get the declaration form in the right format, but I got it together back in March and submitted it to the system and it approved. This month I got a service fee for not having renter's insurance even though I clearly do. I will update when I get the renters insurance issue resolved, but I am completely disappointed in my experience with this apartment building and management company. Update 5/29: I had to email the 3rd party to have the charge removed, which they say will take 5-6 business days. So now I will have to pay the fee this month and then allegedly get a credit. Absolutely ridiculous. But as I write this, we are having at least the 10th false fire alarm since I moved in and it is 3:30 am. Honestly, do yourself a favor and avoid this building at all cost. Management doesn't care bout putting out a quality building, the front office staff are kind, but not able to help, and the building is just a mess. read more

Update Dec 2024: Current list of issues and requests that I have brought to the attention of management, without resolution: -The auto break-in I endured behind the gate inside the garage.. cost over $1500 to repair. Don't bring a nice car here. -The constant lack of elevator service. They break every few weeks for a few days at a time. They did recently start doing inspections and found lots of safety issues that they had to fix due to safety laws and that seems to have helped. -The false fire alarms going off all the time destroying residents sleep. The fire alarms are actually wired into the basement water sensor so when it rains a decent amount the fire alarms will sound until the fire department comes. But they go off for other reasons also. -The bird droppings are ~ 1/8" thick covering 400 sq. ft. of the garage floor. -The faulty gym equipment including broken pulley system and lat machine handle issue that can cause injuries. -The non-resident who was masturbating in the women's bathroom by the pool -Trash overflowing the bins by the elevators in the garages on most weekends. To be fair: -Staff is friendly -Pool is nice Update: I filed a police report but it doesn't seem like anything is going to come of that. I moved in to this MAA property April 26 2024. Less than 1 week later my driver side window was smashed open and iPhone stolen while in the locked/gated garage at MAA Katy Trail apartments in Uptown. The property management company emailed out that multiple apartment complexes "were hit" this week in the area. They won't show me the video footage. They have a security company on contract to walk multiple properties in the area once per evening. But none of them saw anything even though multiple apartments had vehicle break-ins. They said they are going to "request" more security guards, but otherwise I'm not sure they are going to really do anything. There is no camera viewing where my car was parked, right in the middle of the garage. There are no cameras viewing the garage entrance. There were other crimes committed on premises at the same time, and the footage shows those crimes, but MAA will not share that footage. Today May 15 2024 the front elevators are inoperable again. I have lived here for two years and the first year it was wonderful. We resigned and now, as we near the end of year two, the quality of the building has been slipping little by little. Pros: You cannot beat the location. It is walkable to most anything you need and right on the trail. The building is one of the newer apartment complexes in the Uptown area, so it is well maintained and the apartments themselves are nice from a quality and aesthetic perspective. Cons: 1. Security. I saw another review mention homeless people sleeping in the hallways and that is 100% accurate. My roommate and I have had to call the police multiple times. After complaining to the staff here several times, they did seem to improve security, but overall they seem to prefer to pretend like there isn't a security issue. Talk to anyone who has lived here multiple years and they will tell you that they've either seen homeless people in the building or that their car has gotten broken into. 2. Elevators. As of 4/10/22, one of the elevators has been out for coming on two weeks. There are two elevators in the building and both of them break down multiple times on a monthly basis. This problem is probably the most consistent thing about the building. The elevators are always, always broken. 3. The package room. What a mess! I had a package stolen, something I know has become common for residents sadly, and when I contacted the office they didn't offer to do a thing about it. There are security cameras in the package room, but they don't seem to be put to use ever. The system for package organization is colorful paper stapled to the wall, so packages are often misplaced and you have to comb the entire room to find them (if they aren't stolen, that is). 4. Maintenance. The maintenance workers themselves are wonderful. They are always kind, polite, but unfortunately they continue to take longer and longer to respond. It is a shame to see such nice guys so limited in what they can do because of the building. Our fridge water has been going out every so often for a few months, but most recently it's been out for weeks at a time. Maintenance came to look and said there was nothing they could do and it was just a problem with all fridges of this model. When I filled out the maintenance survey and indicated I was unhappy, it was only then that the office called and let me know they could replace our fridge. It will be delivered in three weeks- just in time for us to move out! 5. Office staff. They were excellent when I moved in, but now it has become a revolving door of incompetence. The staff changes so often and seems to get worse with each new round of people and no one seems to be know what is going on. 6. Last but not least- the price! When my roommate and I first moved in, price was reasonable. However, this year alone they raised the rent by 15% which is RIDICULOUS. There is no need to be paying luxury building prices for a building that is far from luxury. It is nice, but it isn't worth the prices they're charging. I really loved living here most of the time, so it makes me sad to say I'm really looking forward to moving out when my lease is up next month. I understand all complexes have issues and aren't perfect, but this place is going downhill fast. The drop in quality over two years has been really frustrating. Even in just the past few months it has been insane how rapid the drop in quality has become. I am very happy I made the choice to not resign here. read more

I would not live here if possible. I lived at MAA North Hall and although the area is really good, the apartment complex itself is terrible. My car got broken into twice with my windows smashed in both times, my roommate's car also got broken into and window was smashed, and a neighbor had his car completely stolen. The garage has no security except for a marshal that patrols once per night and has to go to ALL the MAA locations in Dallas which basically provides no coverage. There are no cameras above the first floor and when all these cars (which there were about 10 just in one night) were getting broken into the management office refused to put other cameras or security measures in place. The gates to the building and to the garage are always broken and the garage has been completely open to the public majority of the time I was living there. The lights also go on and off leaving the garage pitch black some nights which is terrifying to walk back to your apartment at night when you can't see anything. I have had multiple packages stolen from my doorstep and the mailboxes were vandalized while I was living here. The management office does not care and will not help with any issues you have. I tried calling several times asking for some sort of compensation or rent reduction for the vandalisms taking place but the management office did nothing and the two break ins cost me more money than what I was paying in rent. I do not recommend living here for safety purposes as well as the living accommodations aren't anything special. The hall ways are always dirty, the elevator and building in general as well as the apartment fixtures are old, and the gym is tiny. There are many other places in this part of town to live at that are much more modern, safe, and have better overall quality apartments. read more

I lived here for almost four years (during Post ownership and also after the MAA acquisition) and I absolutely think this is one of the best upscale properties in Uptown, Dallas. I lived in two different units and they were both great. It felt very safe as well as was very clean and organized. One of the things I really enjoyed was how quick they were with managing work orders. Often I could put in a work order early in the morning when I got to work and by the time I got home it would always be fixed. I even had one late night emergency fix (a smoke detector going off at 2-3 am due to low battery) and they were there within the hour to take care of it. One of the downsides at the time was an issue with the back elevator needing to be fixed multiple times, but it was never down for more than a couple days at time. I would definitely recommend this place (the location is also incredible, next to the Katy Trail) for anyone looking to live in Uptown, Dallas! read more

Lived here for a year, elevators are broken every other week. There is literally dog poop in the hallways, the garage has burglaries almost weekly. Nothing special about this place, the other promise other than "secure garage" they failed is.... The package room is unsecured and is burglarized (goodbye mail). The business office had had computers removed for a year so you cant print stuff anyway. Dont waste your time here. read more

You could probably do better if safety is a concern. The apartments are nice and the location is awesome. However, their parking garage is not secure, it's easy to sneak in, there aren't cameras other than one at the entrance, and the security patrol is more like a mall cop type of situation. My car has been broken into several times and there wasn't much real action from the leasing office to address it. If you're a young female, you might consider somewhere else on the trail. It is dog friendly though and that's a plus. My dog is super happy here. Just be prepared to be on your own if anything happens in the garage. Management is terrible. I am confused by other reviews stating differently. My boyfriend & I went apartment hunting in April with plans to move into a new place in June. We absolutely loved touring Post Katy Trail with Caitlin. She was super friendly and answered all of our questions. We chose to sign with Post Katy Trail over another complex because Caitlin made the management at this place sound so great. Even though we liked the apartment better at the other complex, we decided good management would be the way to go for our long term happiness. We had heard not so great things about management at the other place. So we signed our lease, paid our deposit, got our electric and renter's insurance all ready to go, and we were super excited! About 3 weeks before our move in date, my boyfriend gets a call from a man named Tony who says he is a manager. Tony tells us that our apartment was accidentally already leased to another company and that we can't move into the apartment (THAT WE ALREADY SIGNED A LEASE FOR MIND YOU). Tony tells us he will go above and beyond to fix this for us. Next time we hear from Tony he offers us a different apartment, still at post Katy trail, only with less sq ft, but at the same price. After we refused to pay the same price for less space, they came back with a fair price. The layout & square footage of this new apartment was not what we wanted, but it was too late to look elsewhere without the price being way higher than when we looked back in April. So we reluctantly agreed to this new unit. However, I informed them that I was not happy about it, & I expected them to do something above and beyond for us, like they had originally promised, to make up for their mistake. Caitlin calls to tell us we are getting a new fridge & light fixture, they are getting rid of the washer dryer rental fee for the w/d in our unit, and crediting us $40 for the address change cards I had already ordered. We were still bummed, but started to feel better. Next, I schedule the freight elevator to be reserved for us from 12-2:30pm on our move in day. Moving day arrives and, to our surprise, when we arrive at 12:15pm, the freight elevator is being used by someone else. My boyfriend goes in to figure out what's going on. The leasing agent tells him they were supposed to be done at 12, they're running late, and they're almost done. They finish using the freight elevator at 12:30. Since I used an apartment locating service, I earned a 2 hour free move so we were hoping to get this done quick with a reserved elevator. We come to the realization that we in fact do not have it reserved because residents are still using it. At this point I am very frustrated. I go back into the leasing office and explain to a woman who said she was "sort of" a manager that I scheduled to reserve the elevator at this time, but that people are still using it. The leasing agent informs me that reserved only means no other trucks will be in the alley way using it, but that residents still can still use the elevator. I informed her I only had 2 hours of a free move, and that I was counting on this reserved elevator. Every other building I've moved into reserves the elevator to only you when you reserve it for a move to make the move more efficient. She shrugs her shoulders at me. I told her they'd be getting a terrible review and that I didn't even want to move into this place anymore at this rate. Again, she shrugs her shoulders and turns around to walk into her office. This move took almost 3 hours due to waiting on the stinking elevator. So I had to pay $99 for going over my 2 hour limit. After we got moved in, I completed the move in inspection and wrote a list of all the things I found wrong, such as a plastic piece on the pull string of the blinds was missing, door stoppers in one of the bedrooms was missing, a drawer in the kitchen that does not open fully, rusted faucets and drains, etc. I turn it into a leasing agent, he asks if there is anything we need fixed and I tell him all the things I just listed above. He says he'll put in a work order. I also noticed that one of the exterior doors to complex does not open/shut properly and gets stuck so I tell him about it. He and another leasing agent in the office inform me they'll put in a work order for that too, immediately. It has been 4 days since I moved in, 3 days since the work orders were supposedly put in, and none of it has been fixed. We are paying way to much money to live here and deal with all these issues. This is my initial review, if for some reason management decides to get it together, I will update it to reflect the change. But for now, the only reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 was because the leasing agent, Caitlin, was amazing. Unfortunately, she moved away right before we moved in. And this place's proximity to the Katy Trail is nice. Based off of our initial experience, we do not plan to stay here longer than we have to. read more

Lived here for a year with a roommate when I first moved to Dallas, and I'm realizing how spoiled this complex made me for the reasons below: 1) Parking is never an issue. The spots are spacious, and you will always have a spot to choose from. There is enough room that they'll even let you get visitor passes if you have a friend coming to visit. 2) Cleanliness. Sure, sometimes the tenants are gross and leave a mess in a common area, but I commonly saw the hallways and elevators being cleaned. Even those messes never lasted long. 3) Maintenance. It's a typical apartment complex that was probably thrown together pretty quickly, but if you have any sort of issue with your apartment you can submit a maintenance request on their app and it will be fixed quickly (most likely at least the following day). 4) Package delivery. You can sign a form and every package that gets delivered for you at the front office will be delivered right to you and placed inside your door. 5) Location. Living right on the trail was awesome, and being a straight shot to both 75 and the tollway was super convenient. Not to mention being able to walk to the shops and restaurants in West Village. 6) Noise. It took a little getting used to the planes flying in and out of Love Field, but overall it's a charming, quiet complex. I essentially never heard my neighbors - even their dogs. Is it a perfect complex? No, I could come up with a few negatives, but it was pretty great. I'd live there again. read more

I've lived here for a year and a half now, some good things, some bad. Like other reviewers, I think the actual apartment is really nice and very clean with nice fridge, countertops, etc. I constantly see the hallways/elevators being cleaned when I come home for lunch during the day. For the most part, the maintenance is handled very quickly. Although, I have called them out twice for something with my sink - both times they've let me know they ordered the part, but they never came back to fix it. It's still not fixed, so hopefully they do that before I move out. The thing that really sets me off about this place: the elevator. Listen, I understand things happen and I don't mind taking the stairs from time to time but we pay too much money to live here to not have the amenities we pay for working. It's ridiculous, it happens all the time. We pay an arm and a leg to live here - quit being cheap and just replace the elevators already. I've seen the elevator out of inspection before too. And like the other reviewer said, the reasons for them being out of service is always ridiculous. Edit: maintenance fixed the issue above with my sink. Elevator is currently out again. I received my notice that my lease was coming to an end and what the rent rate would be if I renewed my lease. The prices are ridiculous!! Some almost DOUBLE. They break it down by how long you would renew for.. Even if I wanted to, I wouldn't be able to afford the new rate for rent (for any lease length up to 2 years). I live in a 750 sq ft one bedroom and they want upwards of $2k a month. That is robbery. Forget this place - just don't move in. read more

Walking 6 flights of stairs ain't it. SECOND, I love online shopping. If you like the same I suggest you not live here. I've been living at Post KT since Oct 2015. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to quickly find a new apartment and I am SO grateful I ended up here. This is my 3rd Post apartment since moving to Dallas and by far my favorite. On top of the awesome staff downstairs ( those ladies literally saved my life one night ), the actual apartment is amazing! Gorgeous upgrades and the courtyard/pool area is wonderful. The hallways are constantly being cleaned (which is one of my favorite aspects) and they really take care of the common areas. Everyone in the building is super friendly and most have cute puppies in tow! Being a dog owner myself, it's so fun to watch my pup make sweet friends. I love having easy access to the trail as well. It really makes up for not having a small dog park in the building. As with any apartment, there have been a few issues like the pipes bursting causing the fire alarms to go off at 4:00 AM, the elevators being down a few times & very noisy neighbors that blast Adele with their windows open, but I say the good outweighs the bad hands down. The maintenance team is always so friendly when I see them around and are quick to help with my (very few) requests. Usually within the same day. I'm afraid I may never leave! I have another year here and I've thought about moving somewhere else after my lease is up, but why rock the boat! This place is awesome (: read more

Not only is the building and apartments up to date, clean, quiet, and safe, but management actually cares about their residents and are unbelievably responsive to any questions, concerns, or comments. The location is also unbeatable. Living on the trail is a major perk and I have loved being able to walk to west village or the heart of uptown. Post Katy Trail is hands down the best apartment complex for your money in uptown. You are a 1/4 mile from west village and 1/2 a mile from all the "major" bars. You will never have trouble parking. If you have a dog there is no better option. Management takes care of any concerns day of or the next morning. I love living at Post Katy Trail. The property is gorgeous and offers tons of amenities. They have recently added new features to the pool area and the location is second to none. Being right on the Katy Trail is a great way to meet people and enjoy the beautiful scenery/ Dallas weather. The staff is fantastic. The property manager is heavily involved in getting to know all of the tenants and making them feel at home. Service request are also done within 24 hours. Future renters beware. Overall the place is fine regarding location & cleanliness. Not too loud and rent is comparable to surrounding buildings. So why give it only 2 stars. A few reasons: 1. The fire alarm went off 3-4 times this year. Multiple times it went off at 1am in the middle of winter. So imagine being all warm & cozy in your bed only to be woken by the loudest and most horrific noise in the middle of the night. Everyone & their pets had to leave the building and stand around in their pj's waiting for the firetrucks to come. It would take a minimum of 30 min until everyone was able to go back inside. These were all false alarms. 2. They WILL show your apartment while you are still living there without any advance notice. Typically something like that wouldn't bother me, except that they will not give you any advanced notice. So imagine being sick or perhaps you work from home and you're on a conference call and then suddenly the leasing agent & random strangers come into your place to check it out. There is a complete disregard of privacy the moment you give notice of moving out. So be sure you look over your leasing contract very closely and consider requesting that it be taken out. Since this is the same company for all Post apartments the leasing contract is the same. Happy apartment hunting. read more

I've been here two years. I lived in a smaller one bedroom, then upgraded to a larger one bedroom apartment with an awesome view. My experience here has been incredible. The apartments have real bamboo floors, granite counter tops, upgraded appliances, the works. The pool feels like a resort and is rarely loud and very nice, two large gas grills, and plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge/relax on near the pool. Everything is upgraded on the property. They have cushioned lounge chairs, day beds, a nice gym with a balcony to workout with a view. The maintenance and cleaning staff are very friendly, extremely helpful, and hardworking... despite some residents who throw their beer bottles/recycling in the trash room. You get mostly young professionals here, but the occasional SMU student whose parents pay for them to live here, and they are probably the ones who leave their recycling in the trash room and don't pick up after their dogs on the Katy Trail. Sam in the office is so helpful, courteous, and the best property manager I've encountered at Post or any property. She is respectful, helpful, and accommodating to requests and super friendly. Maintenance has insane customer service. Requests are usually responded to within hours, and they are always helpful and follow up to make sure there are no issues. After 18 months in our new apartment, the A/C went out.. on a Saturday night at 11:30pm, emergency maintenance brought us a window unit 20 minutes after calling them. This was a heavy duty machine that cooled our apartment very quickly, and was powerful enough to cool down the entire unit (~1100 sqft) in about 30 minutes. The next day they came and assessed the issues, and had a new unit installed in 2 days, continuing to let us borrow the portable unit while they replaced the A/C. We live above two great restaurants, both that give you great discounts to go there and the staff at Howard Wang's is awesome and really appreciates repeat customers. Everyone on here is crying about the elevator. I live on the fifth floor and do not care. The building should have been built with a third elevator, but it wasn't. The complainers on here saying they should just replace the entire elevator don't realize that it would put it out of service for much longer than the temporary delays we have had. PKT is very communicative any time there are any issues, and usually they are fixed in a couple days. There are two elevators, and the complex is relatively small, so I'm sorry you have to walk an extra 2 minutes to get to the other elevator when one is out for a day or two. If you really have that big of a problem with it, stop whining and get your parents to put you in another uptown property. read more

I lived here for six months. I was generally satisfied with the building and apartment quality. No maintenance issues. But my perspective changed dramatically when it came time to renew. With about two months remaining on the lease, I received a notice that my rent would increase substantially. I was paying $1770 per month for a six month lease, and they wanted north of $2200 AND a commitment of 12 months. My thought was hey, if that's the market rate, I'll find a new place to live. I asked the office manager if there if they can offer any concession for renewal. They respond: no. About 30 days later, which is 30 days prior to my lease's end, I checkout Post's website to find that the rate they're offering the general public is far lower than what I was offered. Based on these numbers I wanted to renew. I communicated this in person to the office manager. Here's a sequence of events: Monday morning: I spoke with a woman in the office in person, and expressed my intention to renew. I decided to renew based on new rates that were published on your website. I was told me that rates had indeed changed, and she would need time to send me updated renewal options. Tuesday morning: About 24 hours after our conversation, I called the office, because I had not heard anything. The same woman answered and said that she needed more time. A few hours later I received the email with an updated renewal sheet. The rents listed on the renewal letter were not the rates we discussed on Monday, which were clearly stated on your website. I copy/pasted from the website into my email response. I receive a response that she'll need to get this approved by a VP. I wait. Thursday I receive an email informing me that I can lease at the lower rent. Less than ten minutes later I get an email that the apartment has been leased to someone else. The whole process was handled terribly by management at Post, and required me to vacate and move to a nearby apartment building after making plans to stay. The best resolution they could offer was to move to a similar floor plan on a different floor for the same rates advertised online. I decided to not go through the trouble of moving and pay this same company $2000 per month for a 900 sq ft apartment. I moved to the Monterrey by Windsor and could not be happier. The price is about the same, but just about aspect of the new place is better. More convenient parking, better amenities & friendlier staff. read more

PKT is awesome! I've been living here for 3 years now and was surprised to see negative reviews on the place when I looked it up so I figured I'd give them an actual fair review. The units are really clean and modern with new appliances and working utilities. The hallways are carpeted, climatised, secure, well lit and I see them getting cleaned very consistently. It's really nice to not have some bare dirty concrete hallway outside your door that leads outside. Access to all of the internal hallways is restricted by key FOB. The apartment management is also really good here. I've heard so many horror stories of people at other apartments having management that just doesn't care and doesn't bother with maintenance. My experience here has been great - all of my maintenance requests have been handled the day of, whether it be a minor issue like replacing a ceiling bulb or a larger issue like the food disposal being broken. I've even had a couple of late night emergency requests (the smoke alarm battery went out and the alarm is on a very high ceiling) which were handled within an hour or so of me putting in the request. Each time I go downstairs to the management office the managers are always happy to help with any requests I may have. Parking is also really great here if you're a resident. You have more than enough parking in one of two levels of gated garages and the parking spots are really big. Given the building's great location in uptown and how hard it can be to find parking in the area, it is really nice to always know that there's plenty of parking in the garage. As far as noise, I haven't had any major issues here other than the occasional jet flying overhead during the day (I think one of the landing routes to Love Field flies directly over Lemmon avenue). Even then there are no noise issues from neighbors (to the side or from above, even with wood floors). With the regards to the elevators, those have been problematic as mentioned by other reviewers. There was a period of a couple of months where the service elevator was out for maintenance repeatedly but management was pretty good about keeping us updated with email updates. Since then it seems like the elevator issues have been fixed. I'd say that elevator issues haven't been characteristic of my 3 years here and only happened repeatedly over a period of a few months. One of my friends is another tenant in the same building and they've had a great experience here too. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a nice apartment to live in the uptown area. read more

Alright, hopefully most people know that when there are bad reviews, it is usually from recently angry people, and it seems like the negative reviews are from those moving out- maybe for the reasons they have mentioned-which are a little dramatic. However, I have lived at Post Katy Trail for almost 4 years. It is quiet, friendly, and the maintenance request get done. The parking is the best in the uptown- you will not find larger spaces, or a more well lit parking garage. The pool area- perfection! It is beautiful and filled with professionals during the summer. Now to speak of the negatives I have read below- yes, have there been times the fire alarm has gone off, of course! You have to check alarms, or maybe there are times when it has gone off due to necessary reasons. I just called the office and they explained why it went off- all reasons sound legit. I have lived there 4 years (I said that already), so that means the guy below is over exaggerating on the alarm inconvenience and just being an angry man- or I somehow slept through these mysterious on going alarms- doubt it. Great for: dog owners who love to walk/run the trail, those who like to be near everything, professional. Down to the point- if you are a professional and want to live in a quiet, friendly- but not in your business, well maintained, awesome location place- then you should definitely check it out. Unfortunately I'm not going to rent at this property only because the space was a little too small for my price range. I'm relocating from another state quickly and did not have the opportunity to look at an apartment before my move-in date. Caitlyn went above and beyond to help me get a good picture in my head of what the property would look like, even took actual pics of the unit for me. This is the 3rd apartment complex I've lived in in the Dallas area and I never want to leave! Such an improvement compared to the other 2 places I've lived. The rent prices are pretty steep, but in my experience no more than any of the other apartments in this area with similar amenities. Parking is never a problem, always space in the covered lot. It's relatively quiet even living on the same floor as the pool. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Oh and the package system - so brilliant! All packages are deposited in a storage room only accessible by a code sent to you by email when your package arrives. Room is constantly monitored by camera. Boom - never have to worry about packages again. And all of this goes without mentioning the gorgeous interiors of the apartment! The only minor complaint is the small size of the gym, it gets crowded in there in the mornings and evenings. But with the Katy trail right behind you, I don't even care :) Just re-signed for another 15 months and we're so excited. read more
