Aly and Akira are the definition of unprofessional. I've always paid my bills on time and in full, never had another resident complain about me, never caused issues. Aly and Akira STOLE my car today from the resident garage by having it illegally towed this afternoon. There are reserved spaces but I've lived here two years and obviously know where to park. This level of pettiness and unnecessary retaliation for simply asking property staff to do their jobs and maintain the property is unheard of. Rather than do their actual jobs, they took time from their work day to try to make my life harder. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The gates and keypads work on a whim. Hopefully they work when crackheads attempt to follow you into the building. We're right off 75 and theres a nearby Chevron and McDonald's where they all hangout and then walk to our pool and sleep there because again management doesn't care about gates or property security. So I've come out at night or early in the morning to walk my dog and see them in/around the property. They used to mop the floors every day two years ago when I moved in. Now I rarely see the housekeeping staff around the property. Recently I have seen 5 bugs in my VERY clean apartment. It is not bug season... They've recently altered my access to hot water. So when I first moved in, I could do a shower/full shave in ~25 mins. Now I get tops 15 mins before it goes icy. Any time I try to use the bathtub, even though I keep it very clean, I cannot take a bath because the drain stopper does not work. It allows whatever disgusting grime is in the pipes to float up and into the bath water. Appliances constantly break and/or work poorly. I've had to have my fridge and dishwasher replaced and only lived here two years. There was a freeze a few weeks ago and my neighbor had a pipe burst. At first they thought it was my unit but of course later confirmed it was not. Again because I never do anything wrong. However, a few days ago my bedroom carpet became damp and it turns out there is a leak in the stairwell also ruining the carpet in my bedroom. They just shut off water for the entire building on Friday supposedly to do "maintenance" - well then why is it Tuesday and we now have fans that have to sit in my room for the next two days. Apartment staff likely knew of this issue and chose to do nothing until I submitted a maintenance ticket. Now that they're aware of the issue, they're refusing to cover any damages to my property - this includes my bed frame which is cloth lined and absorbed water from the carpet. They want my renters insurance to cover that. SO LAZY AND DISRESPECTFUL. Why would my insurance cover anything when the damage was done because the building is poorly maintained? I found a new place in the oak lawn area and can't wait to move out this month!

Takes days to get them to clean it up. We're in the height of summer and none of the grills have worked for about six weeks. Glass in the pool every other week. Refuse to hire more security despite constant thefts, fights, full blown assaults, etc. They are going to get sued. That DART/Bus Station right next door has allllll sorts of really interesting neighbors you'll have to deal with. The security they do have are literally geriatrics. Actually 65 years old at least if not older. Its incredible. No one listens to them. The other security guard is about 20. People tried to fight him this last weekend when he told them the pool was closed. Think youre going to be enjoying that beautiful pool on the roof during the summer? Nooooope. You will have to fight all the shitty teenagers and gangbangers that sneak in. So bring a mouthguard. Enjoy all the awful music they blast too. Wont hire help for the weekends when the building is most busy - especially by the pool - so trash everywhere basically each weekend, and often during the week too but not quite as bad. Finally, this building has a special deal with the city where they get a tax break for reserving a certain number of units for "low income people"....in case you cant read between the lines they have privatized section 8 housing so people who would live in the projects live in your building. Mari is so sweet and my dog literally bounds downstairs every morning to say hi to her. The place is always clean despite all the dogs and people walking through it. Bobby in maintenance is prompt and worked with me through some weird noises I was having in my ceiling. The building and neighborhood is quiet. I have not experienced the price-gouging here that I did at the Cantabria in Turtle Creek. The units are so-so quality for a luxury apartment-- in particular, the washer and dryer have been hard on my clothes. The units were remodeled in 2019, which was apparently a year that washer/dryer manufacturers were dealing with high tariffs and skimped on quality. The older washers I'm used to didn't cause my clothes wear-and-tear like this one. I wish the fridge had a water dispenser in it and didn't run so loud. As aforementioned, the ceiling in my unit made weird clicking noises that took months to sort out (and we're still not really sure what caused it). A bathroom mirror randomly came crashing off my wall because it wasn't glued on properly. The bathtub and showers are cramped. It seems like the remodel was rushed and sloppy. But you are still getting decent value for the rent considering the neighborhood you get to be in. All in all, I am happy to be living here!

Guest Suite review…read more My son & daughter in law have lived here for several years now. It's a beautiful facility. I'm staying in the guest suite which is a furnished apartment they rent out for the night to the guests of apartment renters. It's our second time staying here. The guest suite is nicely decorated and has just about everything you need. The first time we stayed in the apartment everything was perfect. No complaints. This time around I feel as if there is a lack of a check list to make sure everything is refilled. We were left with one roll of toilet paper. A roll of paper towels that was almost gone. About a quarter of an inch of dish soap. A box of tissues would have been nice but there wasn't one. The hand soaps look as if other guests replaced them. One of them is almost empty. There was a battery operated soap dispenser that I think belongs to the suite but it didn't work. We went to the store and bought toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and tissues. Towels are provided but for some reason there were no wash cloths. After going to the office they quickly purchased and washed some new wash cloths for us. Lastly the Wi-Fi hasn't really worked for most of our trip. It's always buffering. The first time we stayed it was $100/night and now it's $150/night. $100 is fair. I think the $150 is a bit much considering we had to refill some of the items and housekeeping is not included. It's simply convenient to be staying so close to my family.

I was told I'm to clean it, leave my closet door open all the time & purchase dehumidifing products myself, it's not on AMLi that mold grows on my clothes & shoes in my apartment. Regarding the additional charges I was sent an itemized bill with additional utility charges from July & August, that were not on previous bills. The only thing anyone is waiting on is for me to pay the additional money, not to address any issues I have. ......................... There is mold growing in my closet on my clothes & shoes & the head of maintenance tells me it not their problem, it my problem & they can't help with any of it. There is often mold growing on the ceiling vents, that they clean w/alcohol but the guy tells me it's not mold it's just dirt. Who cleans dirt w/alcohol? I had to wash everything & am keeping my clothes in the living room/bedroom with the ceiling fan on so I don't smell like mold when I go out. I am paying over 2K for a moldy apartment. On autopay & last week they send an email threatening legal action over non-payment of rent. Rent was paid but they were late processing pet fees, which they tacked on late fees for. They said they would take off the late fees but still haven't. They also harassed me about my renters insurance- which never lapsed & I sent them the policy info on a few times - I continued to get notices insisting I pay for their insurance policy even though mine is more than adequate. That took 2 phone calls & 6 emails for them to finally drop. I so regret renewing my lease. This place is not worth it.

There are stray cats everywhere, roaches in the building, and outdated appliances that barely function, yet management is more concerned about my windshield than about providing livable conditions. I'm moving in a month and requested a temporary pass just to avoid the stress until I leave, and even that was denied. Meanwhile, there are multiple cars in the lot with missing parts, dents, and damage way worse than mine, but nothing is done about them. The hypocrisy and lack of consistency are infuriating. The fact that hot water and basic upkeep aren't a priority, yet a harmless windshield crack is treated like a crime, is beyond frustrating. I honestly cannot wait to be done with this place--it has become unbearable.
