We later picked up what they called a "replacement" tray--this one drenched in teriyaki sauce, with onion peels (trash) cooked into it. At that point, we requested a refund. They eventually agreed, but the final interaction was shocking. The owner said, "If I knew it was you, I would have never treated you this way." That comment says everything. Instead of addressing a legitimate issue respectfully, the owner was fixated on past experiences with other customers and projected that onto us. We gave them the courtesy of addressing the problem directly rather than immediately leaving a bad review--and that courtesy was not valued or respected. Very disappointing experience overall.
