This was reserved back in October; 24 hours prior to our departure I received the confirmation text so that would lead me to think all is good. Christmas morning family is standing by the door waiting for the shuttle so we could go to Disney World for Christmas. After 30 minutes of waiting then sitting on the phone holding for 38 minutes we had to leave or miss our flight. We had to drive to the airport, pay to park for the week which is what we wanted to avoid for 2 vehicles. We tried all numbers for the company and sat on hold the entire drive to the airport until we boarded the plane, no one ever answered, just kept hearing "your call is important to us, please stay on the line". I send a reply to the text I had received and an email to every email for the company I could find to cancel our return pick up and to make sure I was not charged for the missed pick up. No response to text or email and I tried calling everyday of our vacation and was never able to get through. Finally someone picked up the phone and said she could not hear me and hung up. Tried the next night was able to get an answer and she said our reservation was cancelled so apparently someone got my messages but just did not feel that an explanation was necessary. I called my credit card because it says in the fine print that if you do not cancel you will be charged, so I wanted to make sure they didn't charge my card. Can I charge them my parking fee since they failed to cancel with me when they didn't show up? In summary this company is horrible and doesn't care that they have left you stranded. If they don't want business stop taking reservations!!!

The price was quoted was the price I paid without any extraneous fees. Tim W. was very knowledgeable about traffic patterns so I was able to schedule a pickup time that significantly reduced the traffic delays others experienced getting to the venue. (Because I listened to him, we avoided sitting in traffic for hours behind a car accident and several stalled vehicles.) Once we arrived at the stadium, he parked in the lot that was near an exit so we were able to leave the stadium complex with ease. Tim W. was personable, polite, and professional. This time I opted to use this service for my round trip from MCI to Downtown KC hotel. First of all, it was very easy and convenient to book my trips online. You just have to specify your to and from location and give them your flight time. You have to choose what kind of service you prefer, such as shared ride, private, luxury vehicle, etc. You can add your tips and prepay the whole thing. Second, they are very prompt. They'll send you a text to remind you when you are getting picked up. They will give you the vehicle number so that you can get on the right one. You can track your driver/vehicle on a map with the link they send you. They'll text you they arrive at your location. Third, drivers were very courteous, friendly, and efficient. One of them was very quiet perhaps I was riding in the shared vehicle with 7 or so more passengers. The driver from the airport was talkative perhaps because I was the only passenger in a shared vehicle. I loved using this service. I will use it again. Highly recommended!!
