Ian told me not to buy the floor model and instead come to the store for a brand-new one at the same price. I called him on Monday to make the purchase. He answered and said he couldn't talk but would call me back in a few minutes. He never did. After that, he didn't answer calls, respond to texts, or return messages. After a month or so of enjoying our new purchase on the weekends it was time to do the "break in service". Brett was quick to answer my call and set us up with an appointment on a Friday. Brought my boat here for service two years in a row. In the beginning everything went smooth for the first year. Then the second year came and everything went sour... When I decided to do some major work to the vessel, A-Z is what I explained what I wanted done (Motor 100 hour service, gauges didn't work properly, full on detail service, SAFETY check and fiberglass work). Spoke to Brett (Service manager) and was told the work will be done. Which is what we were expecting... work was performed but lots of things were done poorly/ if not done right. More to add but no need to go into it. Let's put it this way, the manager was very unprofessional when pointing out the problems / mistakes. Well two people I know in San Diego , have said this place is a rip off. Please don't trust salesman now Vice President Ian. He is very scandalous and heard he will sale you a boat with different or wrong titles to you. He will say it's an error , but than while you wait for them to fix , you have spent ton of money on boat bills while they fix it , because once you purchase boat you can't use it unless you got proper title correct. Ok well this has happened to several people as my friend that went through hell and found out .. They will say it's a mistake, but mistake that takes them several months to fix, mean while your paying on your boat lien with there finance and getting jacked for all that money.
