At least three of their workers saw that my drain had filled with dirt from their work and completely ignored it. Neighbors had to spray water themselves just to try to clear the dirt from their driveways, and the dirt ended up clogging my drain and piling up in front of my house. They were working for over a week on a one-way street, blocking access the entire time, and still couldn't take the time to clean up after themselves. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to the neighborhood. I would not recommend this company.

They shut of my gas the night before a scheduled showing. Based on the reviews, I called Orlando at 5pm. He zoomed over with his crew. It was a tight work area and complicated setup. They just finished at 11pm. Tomorrow morning I'll call PG&E to turn the gas back on. Better yet, it was less $ than I expected. Had I called a big 24/7 plumber it would be 3x the cost. We thought we had just a simple leak in the j-trap under our kitchen sink. Water was coming out of the seal at one end of the trap. Manny checked it out and quickly identified the problem & solution. However, when he went to actually replace the pipe he also noticed that the pipe to which it connected was corroded. He showed us and then fixed that too. He also explained that the source of these problems was that the plumber who installed this used plumber's tape or putty and not a proper seal. He did it right, so we should be set for many years to come! With so many dishonest technicians out there who will try to sell you more than you need, it's refreshing to find one who's honest and does the job right.
