From the beginning, the fitter was rude and dismissive. He denied obvious gaps in the door and refused to acknowledge evidence we showed him. When asked to repeat a blower test in front of us, it clearly showed air coming through--but he still denied it. He also took misleading photos, and after adjusting the door, the handle became very stiff and hard to use. His response was, "Either there will be gaps, or the handle will be hard to lift"--not a professional solution.
He also filmed inside our home without asking, which was a serious invasion of privacy. Later, we found concerning posts on his social media containing offensive and discriminatory content. As immigrants, this made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.
The door still isn't fixed properly, and the whole experience has been stressful. We cannot recommend this service. read more
