I ordered 2 expensive doors which were damaged.The damage was not discovered until 2 weeks later when carpenters went to hang the doors and the covers were removed. I contacted doors galore who were less than helpful. upside is they would not take my word that i received damaged goods but just kept quoting and trying to hide behind terms and conditions! personally I would not recommend them to anybody particularily anyone who expects a expects a degree of good customer after care. read more
