She walked us through the options, helped us get the correct size sorted quickly, and made what could've been a bit of a headache feel easy. The doors arrived well packaged, on time, and looked exactly as described. They also gave some helpful tips on how to store and treat them properly before fitting -- really appreciated that, especially since we had a bit of a delay with the joiner. This was confirmed a few weeks later, keeping us informed along the way. The day of the install went perfectly, James and his team arrived on time and started the work.
