Had some decorating jobs done in my house in Nov 2014 by Paul Moore of P D M Building Services. The jobs did not quite finish. He left me with unfinished toilet wall without tiles, garden shed door did not shut after a new door was fitted, shower enclosure water leaking.........etc. Should not paid him in full at the first place, he promised to come back to sort problems out, but he never did.
