I've been to this shop twice, and both times all staff have been standing smoking in the doorway, and nobody seems to have been available inside to help. They have a fairly good display of bathrooms inside, but on closer inspection it is pretty standard cheap stuff, which I think is probably imported from China and the same as you can get online for a few quid. They seem to have spent a lot of money doing up the showroom but they've just not quite got everything sorted. Nice place to visit for inspiration but nothing there that excited me.

We have been waiting over 6 months now for the rest of the kitchen to arrive..still waiting!! We have been making 'make do' meals for the last 6 months as it is difficult to cook. On top of all this we paid over £15k so expected good quality service!! The owner doesn't care and has lied on numerous occasions to us. On top of all this he asked us if we wanted to upgrade an item. We agreed to and he gave us the model that had been sat in the showrom for 3 years (according to the fitter) and had lots of parts missing! Steer well clear!!!!

Tony Parkin is very convincing we had cheaper items fitted than what we agreed on the fitter was never at our property when he should have been. When we complained about the many problems we were having with standard of work and quality of fittings to quote Tony Parkin "I'm taking myself out of the loop" and said it was his wife's business and to speak to her never told us this when we ordered the kitchen also we found that In Houze Dezign do NOT GIVE A GUARANTEE on their kitchens. The fitter Scott Hudson continually lied to us his standard of work can only be described as appalling. We have had to get other trade people in to rectify the problems and sub standard work we have been left with.

This is the larger of the two Doncaster stores this business has, and I recently bought a toilet…read morefrom them. I'd tried to buy a toilet in just about every place in Doncaster and apart from the really naff cheap ones in B&Q, I couldn't get hold of one anywhere that I could take away (following a bodge by the plumber which required urgent loo replacement!). This lot don't carry stock either, but the owner was on site and went through the showroom with me and showed me all the models that he would be able sell me from the shop floor, which was exactly what I needed. You don't get that sort of flexibility with the national chains, and I got a really good quality loo as well for quite a reasonable price. I'd recommend a visit to this store, or their other one next door to Tesco at Balby if you're in the market for anything bathroom related.
