Purchased some lightbulbs from a promotion bin in the Sheffield IKEA clearly priced at £0:10 each checking my recipe at home later noticed they had changed me £1:50 each. I bought 10 so was overcharged £14:00.
I contacted IKEA customer service department who were not bothered and even asked if I had taken a photo of the price on the light bulbs (who would) IKEA customer service said there is nothing they can do and said go to the Sheffield store customer service desk and see if they could help, what is the point of having a customer service department if they will not help, it would cost £10 in petrol to go to Sheffield for an argument with there customer services, and not prepared to lose any more money, this is a case for trading standards and will be looking at getting them involved read more
