My nails were ACTUALLY crooked after they did my FILL IN ($63 with tip), edges were very sloppy, nails not fully painted, not fully cured and refused to fix them because we would have to re-file them. I will never go back. This used to be my favorite place. read more

I have used this nail salon since they opened years ago, they have always given the best service possible. They are always friendly and Mom and Mr. B are the sweetest most accommodating people I've ever done business with. I've never had to have a appointment and never have waited more than 10 mins. I don't even know where to start with this review. This is my $45 gel pedicure. The polishes I chose weren't in the right bottles first of all. The pink was orange, the light pink was brown, etc. The base coat fo this metallic paint is a plain silver polish, which you can clearly see in the pictures. When my friend and I pointed out multiple messed-up spots that were very obvious, the nail tech acted like we were crazy and just slopped another coat on top of them. I've never had a pedicure this bad, including when my daughter was a toddler and painted my toes one time. read more

I have been going to see "Mom" and "Mr Bond" at M Nail since they've been open. I have been to several nail salons and havn't had the personal service that this salon offers! They offer the full nail services, waxing (she is the best at Eye Brows!), appointments/ walk-ins (Appointments Reccomended) They have a large selection of nail polishes, gel/crackel/OPI/China Glaze, much more, lots of fun design tips as well! The day of my wedding, MoM opened her salon early for me, as I brought all of my bridesmaids here for qucik touch ups & Mani-Pedis! They allowed us to serve fruits and sparkling beverages ;) We had a relaxing morning together before things got crazy! They will always be a part of my Wedding Memories & beyond! This used to be my go to nail salon in the area, but lately it's just not up to par. The past couple times I've gone I've had guys working on my nails that I know weren't certified nail technicians, simply because they had no clue what they were doing. Sns was thick and thin in spots, nails filed down way too thin to the point that they hurt, didn't even clip down my natural nail when applying tips. Using obviously already used files and buffs because they are caked with the dust from the nails of others. The owners might be good nail techs, but they shouldn't be charging for the work not done by a professional. Charging unknowing customers is not the way to learn. The last time I was there, even the lady beside me was having an awful time, clumpy sns, and the guy was being so rough with her hands and fingers. Won't be giving them anymore money. read more

I live very close to this nail salon but they lost my business forever. My first experience I made a 9am appt which should not be an issue seeing as they open at 9am. I sat in the parking lot over 15 minutes because they were late to open. I gave them another chance making a 9:30am appt, I got there at 9:17 today and yet again no one was there to open! There was even another car of customers waiting frustrated in the parking lot. I drove to another local nail salon and will take all my future business there for now on. read more

They try to make improvements on the salon but I just like them bc my nails always look good and usually I don't have to look for my color they already know. Went here 2 or 3 times. The first time I felt like I was treated really nicely, I had to wait about 30 min because they were packed but the manager checked on me a few times to see how I was and helped me make a better decision for my nails (I chose the SNS over acrylic). The girl who did my nails was also amazing, she cleaned them perfectly and the polish and SNS was applied evenly and beautifully. I was amazed and happy to have found a new spot... the next time I went I got a very inexperienced person. I was very unhappy how everything turned out. I almost went back the next day to have them fix my toes but I had car trouble and never made it back. Told myself that things happen and don't get upset... I went back to try another time, and it was a hot day, and the air was not turned on. The door was open and it was very muggy inside. There was only 3 ppl working and they were all busy. I asked to get mani pedi and one guy working replied OK. I sat down to wait and never heard about how long or if anyone else was going to help me. So I left. I have a bad feelings about this now as only my first visit was good. My other friend was not happy about her experience here either. I think I would only go back here if I really was in a rush and had nowhere else. I had a horrible experience & wont be going back. I went This past Thursday to get my nails done with my mom & sister before my wedding on Saturday. They rushed us through our appointment, and none of our nails looked the way we had requested. I normally don't post about my bad experiences but I had been recommend here by several people and wanted to share that my experience was different than others.. I also want to add that the employee working on my mothers nails was very rude & while my mom was telling them details about the wedding the employee even made fun of a few of the things she said. I just left this salon after having received the worst service ever! I had 3 different people work on my nails because the first 2 men that worked on me were extremely heavy handed and rough with the tools. I was nicked, my nails were thinned out far too much, and my SNS was left with thin spots. The 3rd person was an older female and she was gentle handed, but she was extremely rude when I expressed that 3 of my nails were left with thin spots. She told me that I wasn't Godly for not appreciating her attempt to fix the shoddy job and that it was a mistake for her trying to help me. I sat for over an hour in excruciating pain and she wants me to appreciate her half effort attempt to somewhat hide the errors made by the 2 previous male techs that had worked on me in her salon? When I expressed my dislike for the treatment I received and for the poor quality job that was done on my nails, the older female quickly mentioned that I was talking down to her because I was trying to refuse to pay and because I felt I was higher than them because my money is worth more than them. I never once mentioned that my issue was about the money. I never once mentioned that I wouldn't pay. I don't even know why she would've immediately thought my issue was money when my sole complaint was the pain I was subjected through and the sad attempt at fixing the awful job done on my nails. The older female responded by saying, "I can dip them again but they're going to look worse!" Why would she intentionally try to ruin them even more? Why dip them again and not just try to fix those nails from scratch? She then tells me that she hopes I never come back again because I am evil and I am not a good person. I reassured her that I had no intention on ever returning and that I had never been so mistreated at a salon until today. Needless to say, I walked out shaking and nearly in tears because she decided that I should not complain about the pain and poor nail job simply because she said she was "sorry." Unbelievable! I never thought I would be treated so badly in a salon. I won't tell you to go or not go to the salon, but I will tell you that I was treated as if I am garbage. Yes, I paid. I never intended not to pay. As a matter of fact, I just wanted her to acknowledge that my fingers were sore and the nicks were bleeding and that the nail job was sub quality work. Instead of acknowledging the errors in their ways, the female decided it would be better to just continue calling me unGodly. Smh. Now I'm sitting here with sore fingers and a bad nail job. On my left thumb, the nail tech even tore my skin from under my nail bed. In the pic, you can see the skin separated from the bottom of my nail. This injury hurts the worst! read more
