If I could give Dr. Ezzati 10 stars, I absolutely would. After struggling with recurrent miscarriages for about a year, we saw multiple OBs who unfortunately didn't provide the level of care or attention we needed. From our very first appointment, Dr. Ezzati moved quickly and thoughtfully. Within days of our first appointment, he scheduled an SHG ultrasound, which revealed retained products of conception (RPOC) (something I had previously raised concerns about with other doctors but had been dismissed). A couple of days after, he had me in for a hysteroscopy where the RPOC was removed and we are finally moving past this. Fertility struggles come with an overwhelming sense of vulnerability and insecurity, and finding a physician who truly understands and empathizes can be incredibly difficult. Dr. Ezzati did exactly that. He made me feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported, while also providing hope and a clear path forward. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and walked both my husband and me through every part of the procedure. We are not pregnant yet, but we know without a doubt that we are in exceptional hands--and for the first time in a long while, we feel optimistic about what's ahead. From someone who was extremely hesitant about seeing a fertility specialist (as I thought they would pressure IVF), I can say Dr. Ezzati and his team have gone far beyond my expectations. This review is long overdue. My wife and I would recommend Dr. Ezzati highly for the exceptional care we have received. Unfortunately, we were diagnosed with an unexplained infertility and we started our treatment journey with Dr. Ezzati. He is very knowledgeable and has a calm and positive demeanor. Dr. Ezzati has exceptional bed manners and takes time to answer our questions. Never in any session did we feel rushed and all our questions were answered with utmost satisfaction. Dr. Ezzati assured us through clinical tests that we have good chances of conceiving naturally and never forced a treatment on us like IVF. We got pregnant through the first IUI cycle but unfortunately had a pregnancy loss in the 12th week. We are going back to him for our pregnancy journey. Dr. Ezzati helped us years ago after struggling to conceive. After an ectopic, losing a tube and a couple miscarriages we finally were able to have our first child thanks to Dr. Ezzati. Thanks to Dr Ezzati, my husband and I have become proud parents of a wonderful little daughter. We had trouble conceiving naturally for several years, due to me having PCOS. During my initial consultation with Dr Ezzati, when I was 36, he explained to me the IVF process, the success rate, what to expect. Soon after, we proceeded with the procedure of egg retrieval. Subsequently, we had frozen several blastocyst embryos. The first FET (frozen embryo transfer) didn't result in pregnancy, but I repeated the process again a few months later - and it was a success! Dr Ezzati was patiently guiding me through the whole journey, always radiating warmth and positivity, showing great care and confidence. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ezzati and his team at PAMF Fertility. We were lucky enough to have one baby through IVF at PAMF Fertility, and we're pregnant again with Baby #2, also possible thanks to Dr. Ezzati and his team. Fertility treatments can be super overwhelming and emotional, but Dr. Ezzati's office helps you through the process, explains everything, and is always available to help. I even called Dr. Ezzati after hours due to a confusion (on my part) with a medication, and he was so nice despite me calling him at 9:00pm. The front desk receptionists are kind and responsive, and the nurses/team are all amazing. They're all rooting for you and I felt supported throughout the entire process. Our journey to start a family hasn't been easy but Dr Ezzati and every nurse and staff at the PAMF clinic made it even possible. I had been with 3 infertility clinics in my journey to have the second child at the age of late 30s. Among them, Dr Ezzati and the whole PAMF Los Gatos infertility team are the best that I would highly recommend without hesitation. Dr Ezzati is very approachable, knowledgeable, patient, and practical. He always gave us time to ask questions and bring up concerns. He considered the budget for patients and never suggested any treatment or test that was not necessary in my case. He had strong judgment and good instincts and quickly figured out the most suitable protocol for me after my poor response in the first attempt. He was the only doctor among these clinics who always be mindful about my chronic hypertension so the treatments and medications or dosage he gave to me would not worsen my blood pressure. My overall experience with PAMF Infertility was good because I like their way that the ultrasound in every clinic visit was conducted by the MD rather than the technician. The staff of the front desk, finance, bloodwork lab, embryology lab, and the surgery center were awesome. Now I am in my 38-week pregnancy with no concern of preeclampsia. Dr. Ezzati is an amazing doctor! We started our infertility treatment at Kaiser and hated the entire experience. The facilities were horrible, doctors and nurses were insensitive, and we were treated like the next couple in their pipeline. We switched to PAMF as soon as we had the opportunity to switch coverage. We met with Dr. Ezzati through a referral from my OBGYN. During our initial appointment, he talked us through all of our options and what he thought would be the best course of action for us. He spent time talking about our individual situation and what that could mean for us. For comparison, at Kaiser we were told what was usually done and that they didn't change that plan until after several failed attempts. Over the next couple of years, Dr.Ezzati always explained in detail what was going on. He's such a compassionate person and this makes him an amazing doctor. We were able to get pregnant through IVF after several IUIs. Dr. Ezzati is our favorite doctor. I wish he could've also been my primary care physician and OBGYN. Dr Ezzati is one of the best doctors I know and I know a lot of doctors. He is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, approachable and he knows his stuff pretty well. When we went for the first consultation I was a little skeptical about going to a fertility specialist. I still clearly remember we went to Fremont clinic for the first visit and he did not rush us to the most expensive treatment and explained the odds of getting pregnant with each fertility treatment and steps through each treatment option. He suggested we do required tests only and did not recommend any unnecessary tests which I had done recently. He stood with us through our tough times and provided required course of treatment and support. I would highly highly recommend Dr Ezzati, a big thumps up for Dr Ezzati. Dr. Ezzati told me, a 40 year old woman, that I "should have had kids yesterday". I was charged $$$ for an hour consultation with him, which he did not even have any of my lab/tests results available to give me a fair assessment of my ability to conceive, or clear fertility options to be thinking about, which I don't think is appropriate. He basically gave me general information that I could have gotten for free online. read more

Dreams do come true.... Ever since my husband and I suffered a miscarriage months went by and we were not getting pregnant and I started to feel like maybe we would have to adopt or just give up. My obgyn recommended seeing a fertility specialist. We both had done all the testing to investigate what might be wrong. After our first appointment with Dr. Ezzati we both left feeling hopeful, and that having a baby will be possible. He spent so much time explaining everything he knew and further testing we can do as well as what steps to take. He gave us all the options and outcomes we could expect. We didn't feel rushed and felt like we were in good hands, there was a really good chance. We decided to try a few more month on our own but Dr. Ezzati gave us a deadline. We came in March to start the IUI process, unfortunately the first round was a failure but Dr. Ezzati stayed positive and gave me the encouragement I needed. Round 2 gave me what we had wanted and been waiting for. I was finally pregnant! Blood work confirmed that things were doing well. At my 6 week appointment we heard that wonderful heartbeat and again at 8 weeks with a baby growing inside me perfectly. After that he sent me on my way to my normal obgyn. Now almost 16 weeks I feel great and excited for our little girl to arrive in Jan 2020. Dr. Ezzati is amazing and takes time with each appointment to make sure you understand whats happening and what to expect. He's very personable, caring and knowledgeable, the process for my husband and I was great and really appreciate everything from Dr. Ezzati and his staff. During our meeting with him we both could already tell he was a very thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy doctor. He took time to listen to us explain our backstory and took the time to explain everything. He explained so clearly that we barely had any questions. He gave a lot of information and made sure to stop often to ask us if we had any questions. He provided a clear picture of the tests we would go forward with. The only reason I did not end up going forward with tests was because I got pregnant. We are so lucky to have found Dr. Ezzati. At age 39, I was struggling to get pregnant with our second child. Best experience ever in our books! Having kids later in life can be difficult at times. After a visit with my OBGYN and planning out the next step, she highly recommended me visiting Dr Ezzati. At first, I didn't know what to expect and it seemed very overwhelming learning about the IVF process. After meeting Dr. Ezzati and his team all of my worries and concerns went away. They went through step by step on what what to expect and how they are there for me day and night to answer any questions I may have. I know many couples who go through what We did but are not successful on the first round of treatments. We were the lucky ones who not only conceived one but two nuggets with Dr. Ezzati on our side. Dr. Ezzati is very patient and resourceful when it comes to IVF treatments. Our cousins have decided to take this route and visited many doctors but decided to take our advice and go with Dr. Ezzati.
