I read through all the reviews and was shocked at what some people had said and their lack of understanding how the medical field works. I just completed 1 cycle of egg freezing with Dr. Murugappan and had a great, smooth experience. I called their office and told them my interest of egg freezing and was scheduled the next week with Dr. Murugappan. The consult, and meeting the Doctor and staff is what made me commit to Spring Fertility. From the front desk to the nurses, everyone was welcoming and kind. My consult was great. Dr. M was just as excited as I was to start this adventure and I could tell whole heartedly, she loves what she does. We talked about my goals and obtained a baseline ultrasound. I left the initial consult with confidence I wanted Dr. M as my doctor. I have Kaiser insurance and of course they wouldn't cover any of this so I paid out of pocket. Me choosing Spring Fertility wasn't taken lightly. (Yay healthcare in USA) After the consult my labs were drawn and I was contacted by their finance division to go over payment methods. What helped me was the 0 interest monthly payments they have available. I'm a single female that's trying to be proactive about her fertility and health. Spring Fertility uses an app called Salve. That is where most of your communication happens with the staff. All your documents, information, how to's, medication videos info, everything you need. Every-time I had questions (which was frequent), I got a response within a hour. What other doctor office do you know that responds within a hour?! These reviews complain that their messages didn't get answered immediately! It's called triage and most urgent gets answered first. Lots of entitlement in these reviews. Back to Spring! Once my lab results were in, all medications were delivered to my house which I loved. I was able to look them all over and watch the how to videos on the Salve app. They also give you a zoom class on the meds as well. I was overwhelmed at first but the videos helped a lot and it was actually pretty easy once the nerves passed. If you're starting fertility treatment, you should be 100% all in, not traveling and complaining that you have to bring medications with you.....duh. Through all this I had constant communication with staff, nurses, medical assistants and Dr. M. I was in and out frequently for ultrasounds and felt 100% comfortable everytime. Closer to the trigger date, I had more blood work done to make sure my body was responding appropriately. You will get bloated from this process because your follicles and ovaries are becoming enlarged so get your stretchy pants ready. Like any medical practice, the doctors AREN'T supposed to be doing everything like some reviews complained...think of any management style, is the boss supposed to be the one running the front desk? Or answering all the calls? No...that's why we hire additional staff. The ignorance of some people on here. Wild. Back to business. So, trigger day comes. I take the medication and egg retrieval was scheduled. I was a little nervous for it but as soon as I got to pre op and saw how everyone was so caring and gentle, I completely felt at ease. You are completely asleep (not intubated) for this procedure so you don't feel ANYTHING. Procedure is about 15-20 minutes then you wake up in the recovery room. 10/10 for my anesthesiologist and Dr. M, you're amazing! Best nap of my life. I received more messages through the app about recovery and Dr. M called me later that day and told me how many eggs we were able to successfully freeze. Notice I said "we", because the whole time I felt like we were family on this adventure together. Recovery has some mild pain, expected and managed with Tylenol. I'm most excited to workout again and lose the fluid weight I gained through the hormones. Which is totally normal btw! I'll be back in the gym in no time. Through Spring Fertility, I was able to make sure my future is in my hands and if I want kids later on in life, it's MY decision. What an empowering feeling. One of our darkest days, not just in our infertility journey, but as a couple, was when Spring did IUI on my wife. In 2022, we left the facility without being able to speak to each other. Apparently my wife felt so violated by the whole experience, poked and prodded like cattle, treated like nothing more than a uterus with legs, and with zero bedside manner and aftercare, but on top of that, she couldn't bear to disappoint me by telling me she never wanted to do that again. Naturally, my heart was broken for her and I was deeply disturbed by the fact that nothing more was done for her despite the many thousands of dollars these treatments cost. It was a humiliating experience. I was livid. Normally, this is just about as private a matter as it gets, but I realize I needed to post this as a review because it is just not how you treat people in their most vulnerable state. Then the doctor we had (Dr. Isiah Harris) left Spring and we heard zero follow-up from Spring from that point. Like we never existed. I gave two stars because I know this means you will read this rather than ignore. Unless this place has changed, couples: stay far away. I don't care if Sydel Curry went there. read more

Just completed Cycle #2. Extremely pleased with the result. Exceeded my expectation. I would've been happy if I'd gotten the same result as first round, but Dr.Murugappan (who took great care of me again) is a total rockstar :) My care team responded to my messages promptly, including providing a doctor's note (quickly) since I wanted to pause my gym membership. The MAs and OR nurses are amazing and I like that they remember me. I was able to discuss about my financial options with the finance dept readily this time around. Thank you again, Spring Fertility. I understand why they are rated so poorly on Yelp. I came to Spring initially for an egg freezing consult and left needing a surgical procedure. The way they try to schedule it is totally wild and I had to check in with them every single day to see if I could be squeezed into their OR. Sometimes they didn't follow up with me at all. As you can imagine with something like surgery, it's stressful and inconvenient not knowing when you can be seen and only having 1-2 days notice. I only tried this for a week maybe 2 in total since they're closed on weekends but I'm giving up before I end up crazy. Sooo many admins / front desk people roaming around but no one seems to know what's going on nor do they care. Communication overall lacks - a lot. One extra star because I actually liked Dr. Murugappan, she had a good vibe and made me feel comfortable otherwise huge no for me 0 stars & recommend looking elsewhere. read more

We had our beautiful daughter in February thanks to Dr. Tran and his team. I had two egg retrievals here and PGT-M testing for a genetic condition. I always felt taken care of and that the communication was prompt and caring, especially through a stressful and fraught process. Special thanks to our sweet nurse, Andrea, and the ultrasound tech, Ursula, who made the experience incredibly positive. I came to Spring after starting with a different clinic, and I can say anecdotally that Spring's embryo results and communication were far better. Wonderful experience from consultation to procedure. The staff, nurses, doctor of the week, and my chosen doctor, Dr. Murugappan made this smooth sailing. I've done four cycles with Spring, and my most recent one with Dr. Chervenak was hands down the best experience I've had. He made me feel like I was his only patient. He remembered everything I shared, patiently stayed after each monitoring appointment to answer any and every question I had, adjusted my protocol based on my concerns, and involved me in every decision. He personally called me (not the nurses!) whenever we needed to make a decision or a change, and again after my retrieval to check in. I strongly recommend against Spring for anyone who wants a safe, smooth, and successful experience with egg retrieval. I will share my story of egg retrieval with them from this February. First of all, I did not have a successful retrieval at all; they failed to retrieve any eggs. Secondly, the communication was slow. No one picked up or returned my calls every time I called. In addition, the reimbursement process was a pain. I was unable to get the full amount reimbursed from our company because Spring was unwilling to do the prior authorization. And here comes the best--and scariest--part! After I took the trigger shot prescribed by the doctor, I experienced a severe side effect: I completely lost muscle strength and was unable to stand, let alone walk. We called the office, and the team had ZERO idea what to do. They just said to wait it out or go to the ER. They also told me they would consult a nurse and get back to me, but guess what? They did not! I requested to speak with their supervisor after all these experiences. And guess what happened? Surprise, no response again! It felt like my health and experience did not matter to them. I was just another customer willing to pay $$$$ for a poor outcome. Congratulations to those who had successful retrievals/freezing. Do Not come here. I was rushed to the ER by an ambulance 6 hours after my egg retrieval (severe internal bleeding and blood loss). I was hospitalized at Stanford for 3 days. I couldn't walk and was on pain meds for 3 weeks. It took me almost 3 months to feel somewhat whole again. The entire experience from the start was terrible. My doctor wasn't particularly warm or caring. The instructions for administrating the medications were confusing. Right after the retrieval procedure I was in a lot of pain but they kept ensuring me it was okay and pressured me (I felt) to leave. When I called them during my emergency they were not very responsive or helpful. They reminded me that I have signed a waiver for the procedure and there's nothing else they could do other than calling an ambulance for me. There was also some confusion about how many eggs were successfully retrieved and it took about a day for them to figure it out. Spring offered me a discount if I wanted to do another round with them. No thank you, never again. read more

As an egg donor, I did not have the best experience at Spring Fertility. You can clearly see why if you read through the reviews. This was my third egg donation so I'm pretty familiar with the process. However, Spring Fertility has A LOT that they need to improve on especially if they want to have more than 3.5 stars on Yelp lmao. 1. All the medications are shipped to you in advance so you have to store them (takes up space in your fridge) and if you're not local, travel with ALL OF THEM which is really annoying. The other clinics I've worked with would give me a couple of medications at a time and provide more during appointments when I was running low which I think is much better. 2. The nurses do everything here. I mean good for them but if it wasn't for a weekend appointment, I probably wouldn't have met the doctor performing the egg retrieval until my actual egg retrieval day. They should have the doctor meet their patients at least during the first couple of appointments so they can get familiar with the doctor instead of having a random doctor whom they've never met to operate on them. 3. They lack communication here. I check in everywhere with my last name because my first name is difficult for most people to understand/grasp or they're not familiar with it. One of the nurses told me to just check in with my first name because they don't have my last name on their system. That it's shown as "#### DONOR'S FIRST NAME" but when I checked in with my first name at the next appointment, they asked me for my last name???? Please make it make sense. There's a reason why I say my last name. People who have common/simple first names don't understand the struggle. 4. So with the other clinics I worked with and they were local, I was able to bring in my used sharps in the provided sharps container for proper disposal but Spring Fertility apparently has a policy that they don't take used sharps from their patients. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE when they are an IVF clinic/medical facility where the majority of their patients are using needles. So they expect their patients to pay $$$$$ for treatment and then they still have to drop off their used sharps at an off-site facility? Keep in mind, I'm not local and traveled to Sunnyvale as an egg donor so I have been taking Uber/Lyft back and forth from my hotel to the clinic for appointments. So I have to be inconvenienced to Uber/Lyft somewhere else to properly dispose of my used sharps. SMH. 5. Last but not least, I actually had ran out of medication and I needed medication urgently because I was flying back home for one day to attend a wedding. I couldn't get a hold of my nurse or anyone on my care team (on a Thursday afternoon) so I had to push my flight back and missed the wedding ceremony because I wasn't able to get extra medication in time before my flight. THIS WAS NOT OKAY. This is exactly why medications shouldn't be shipped in advanced and should be given to patients several days in advance at a time so this doesn't happen. Additionally, when I called the receptionist to get a nurse to speak to, she told me that a nurse will call me back in a few minutes but they never did. The SAME receptionist who brought out my extra medication took it out from the back and then decided to hold on to it for 15 minutes at the desk before actually giving it to me - why? I had a plan to catch and she decided to take her sweet time to give me medication the requires to be refrigerated. WTF! I read another review that they're funded so it makes sense now that they don't really care about their patients. We're just a number to them and help them make money. I actually got another match for egg donation in December and my (egg donor) agency wants to use Spring Fertility again but I'm going to request to use another clinic. The headaches, inconveniences and incompetence at this location is not worth my time. I hope the other Spring locations are better than this one. The only positive thing that Spring has is that most things are managed through the Salve app so it's easy to track medications and communicate with your nurse/care team. read more

Spring Fertility - Front of building - Fertility Near Me - Sunnyvale, California

Dr. Vaughn is the worst doctor I've ever met. If you want to be discriminated against, then sign up to see her. I went for a consult in August 2021. Dr Vaughn came across as rushed and spent very little time with me during the consult. She was hyper focused on our religious beliefs, which had nothing to do with IVF. It was clear she wasn't thrilled to have me as a patient, but I thought maybe she was just having an off day. She proceeded to have us go through all the labs to get started with treatment and required me to see a hematologist. I'm in my 30's and have never had a bleeding disorder. This requirement to see a hematologist made no sense, but I went because we wanted to get moving with an IVF cycle. The hematologist laughed when I saw him and said he had no idea why Dr. Vaughn was wasting my time with the appointment. He even joked that she didn't seem to understand what a bleeding disorder was. After getting cleared by the hematologist and having done all the labs, we thought we were moving forward. So I was shocked to get a call from the patient rep (not even Dr. Vaughn herself) stating she wasn't going to move forward working with us. Basically she doesn't want to work with couples of our religion. The day after that call from the patient rep, I saw a call come in from the Spring Clinic. I wasn't able to answer as I was with my own patients, but assumed a message would be left. No message was left, but I continued to be called over and over between 4:07pm and 5:56pm. At that point I felt like I was being harassed. Turns out it was Dr. Vaughn calling over and over. The lack of professionalism in calling someone that many times in a row is appalling. Any provider with an ounce of common sense would leave a message and wait for a return call. I never did get to speak to her. I ended up spending with the founder of the clinic, Dr. Tran. I didn't feel I got very far with him; he noted it would be hard for us to move to another doctor within the clinic because Dr. Vaughn is the medical director so she is over the other doctors at the clinic. So basically it wasn't worth it to even see a different doctor at Spring because our case had already been tarnished by her opinion of us. He agreed we would be refunded for what we had paid for. I am now working with their reproductive supervisor to get refunded. Quite frankly they should be thankful we haven't sued them yet. Dr. Vaughn took our money and wasted our time, only to decline us medical intervention because she chose to discriminate against us. We have since started treatment at another fertility clinic. My initial consult at the new clinic was very thorough and we were treated with respect. Now that I realize the level of care and respect I should have received by Dr. Vaughn, but clearly didn't, I am very angry and feel that she is a disgrace to the medical community and should not be working as a physician. I'm still waiting to get refunded the money we spent. I'll believe it when I see it... Update: They now want me to sign an agreement saying I won't discuss this situation with anyone in order to get my money back. Money I paid for a service I didn't receive. Money I was promised by Dr. Tran I would get. Now they want to put stipulations on me getting my OWN money back. Unacceptable. read more

We had good luck at Spring Fertility Clinic with Dr. Harris, he was very personable, nice, excited, educated, very professional very friendly. We also did organic juicing, exercised, no processed food, no alcohol, got plenty of rest. Took vitamins, low sugar intake. Dr Harris found my wife had a thyroid problem, she took medication for that problem, my wife is 4 months pregnant with a healthy baby girl. We are very happy with Spring's service, very helpful, we had to take the fertility medication also, the staff and nurses walked us through all of the procedures. The egg retrieval went really smooth, Dr Harris preformed that procedure also, my wife was not that swollen, recovered very quickly, we were scared because we read all kinds of stories, that it was very painful, and bleeding problems. The staff of nurses, Shelby, Carla, very helpful, quick response calling me back. Front desk girls were very helpful and knowledgeable also. I highly recommend Dr Harris he is the best in my opinion, he has the education to take care of all the problems that a couple might have. I am 62 my wife is 32, we are both pretty healthy, non-smokers. We had an I.V.F, they retrieved the eggs, fertilized them, and then transferred them. We had 11 eggs, 4 made it. The pricing was all down on paper, we knew pretty close to what we were going to spend. Very clean and nice facility, snacks, organic fruit bars, organic juice drinks, organic tea. Adding my review once again since it was taken down for adding "individuals full names", but yet the review right underneath mine has the doctor I'm referring to Full Name and it was posted 6 months ago and it wasn't taken down... This time I'm adding their initials and hopefully you can figure it out :( This facility was a NIGHTMARE! I not only wasted my time and money here, it was a disaster. I should've picked up on all the red flags, but I was caught up in the moment and on the doctor that I thought had my best interest at heart. No follow through on anything. The nurse assigned to me always had an attitude and made me feel like I was in trouble every time I had a question. The doctor never emailed me back on questions I had it was always whatever nurse was on shift that would get back to me. While I was in cycle, my "team" resigned. Starting with my Patient Coordinator, followed by the rude Nurse and then the DOCTOR! Yes, the doctor tells me she M. L. Who's last names is the same as the brand Sarah Lee is leaving the practice. I literally felt like my heart had broken into pieces. The one who I trusted and thought had my best interest, the one who promised she would be there for my transfer since she wasn't there for my retrieval, told me she was leaving. I felt I had no choice but to see it this process through, I was already towards the end, had already paid, started the expensive medication and felt like I had no choice but to keep going. Day of the transfer, the doctor who's still there and has the initials of G.M. and who's last name rhymes and ends with Pan had the worst bedside manner. It felt very transactional, like I was a number and it was quick because she had to hurry up for the next patient. When she took the spectrum out after she was done I felt like she was ripping my uterus out with it. I was in so much pain. This place did a good job overall with my husband and my embryo freezing! Dr Harris is absolutely amazing---very personable and friendly. He's very open to questions as well. The location is nice, modern/well designed and clean. They offer snacks and drinks which is amazing as well. The nurses , care team and phlebotomists (spelling? Hehe) are great overall as well except for a few outliers. There is a tall Caucasian/brunette receptionist who has a bit of a pretentious attitude. Also sometimes my care team took awhile to get back to me (even when I had bad OHSS symptoms) because a nurse was out of office. For a very well known and expensive place like, Spring, you expect amazing and great services. I have never dealt with such bad communication and service ever from a place that is so expensive and well known. On the day of my consultation, I thought I was going to get thorough info about my options etc...got a quick review on what IUI and IVF and statistics on them that I could've easily read on Google. Consultation lasted less than 30 minutes...the doctor didn't make us feel confident or at ease at all...it was a quick review and that's it. The doctor (Dr. Tran- co founder) never tried to get to know us, didn't asked us any personal questions besides "what do you guys want to do? Iui or ivf?" That was the end of our conversation. Now...the worst part is the communication from the patient navigator (Michelle)!! There was no information or direction on what I needed to do next after every appointment. I had to message her and ask her about every little step or thing. I always had to check in and ask "so what are our next steps?" Literally! It was so frustrating working with her. Then one day she schedules me to come in to do a test...scheduled me for the wrong location or day or something...came there and told me I didn't have an appointment AFTER she had a whole conversation with me when I was on my way there. Made an excuse that my husband didn't have a certain lab so they couldn't see me as I got there (she probably didn't schedule me so no one was there to do my test!). She had a whole week to tell me we needed certain tests done...waited til the DAY OF to tell me we needed these tests done beforehand. I was so upset and asked her "why did you waited til the day of to tell me?!" She tells me, "sorry we're doing the best we can." Like no you didn't! She was soooo messy and unorganized. From beginning to the end, we felt no support from them at all! Saw the doctor twice, once at the consultation and another at my ultrasound...(Way in beginning) then never heard from him or saw him again. After our services, asked for the itemized receipts for our services. Took a whole week to send to me...then failed to send my husband's receipt. I had to deliberately ask for his itemized receipt...common sense! I said I needed all of our services.. ughs this patient navigator is sooo unprofessional and unorganized! My husband and I hated our experiences here. After my failed service, we decided to cut our losses here and take our money to a different clinic. Going through a fertility treatment is stressful and overwhelming in it itself. You expect to get great care and services from such clinics. You also hope to feel supported, assured, and taken care of. We felt no such way here. I regret spending so much $$$ here already. It was a really hard decision for us to decide to consult elsewhere because getting an initial appt requires lots of time! However, we realized we needed more support and understanding of our treatment than this place had provided for us. I definitely do not recommend this clinic at all! read more

We live in Silicon Valley and can afford any clinic we want. We thought why not give this one a try...bad idea. It's always hard to tell if a clinic is good or not until you go there and see it for yourself. Nurses do 99.9% of the work. The nurses are great and they've done nothing wrong in my time there. My doctor? Who is that?! My doctor never called me once about my results or for anything. My treatment plan did not feel at all coming by the doctor because I never heard from them directly!!! I won't be going through next steps with them because I'm not even getting decent treatment. I want the best treatment. It's unfortunate this has happened to us but we'll be ok. Better safe than sorry. Research the lab, it's very important and something I didn't think of until after signing up. We still feel dumb for choosing this place out of all the better places there are in the area. read more

It's mixed feeling, the first cycle was great. Doc Miranda was patient and knowledgeable, checked with me every morning and cautious about my dose, so it's very successful with great experience, limited pain. The second time, 2-3 physicians do the test for me in turn. I Keep telling them i feel very bloated and painful they said it's normal.I think because the dose was too much for me, and some of the eggs grew too big, which caused pain and the rest of them couldn't catch up. They told me the second cycle was successful, but how it could be as half of them are not big enough at the retrieval day. I don't have professional options, but I wanna say, the physician is extremely important, how much care they put on u and how patient they are, u can feel that and it directly reflected on the result. I would suggest u go to Doctor Miranda only. They send me the report today, I was in shock that the physician just managed to retrieve the eggs one side, that's why the result was so bad. She told me the other side size of eggs were too small, I don't think so based on the atrasound and my last experience. They totally waste my second cycle!! read more

Worst fertility clinic. Dr. Tran made me feel hopeless after multiple rounds of IVF and told me that I had premature ovarian aging?!?! I am 31 years old with a normal AMH . I spent over $85000 at Spring Fertility and got nothing ! Who knew that they were backed by a growth equity investment firm known as Wildcat Capital Management, and I was merely a number as part of a fast growing revenue hungry IVF clinic.!!! There was no customization of my treatment plan at all and it was just one cycle after another and keep paying . There was no care towards my babies and my feelings and my next generation . Out of desperation, I ended up seeing a different IVF doctor and got 3 healthy embryos on the first attempt without having to use growth hormone. If you want quality care do not use Spring Fertility ! AVOID at all costs and save yourself a heartache! read more

I couldn't be happier with this clinic. I was unhappy with my previous clinic and decided to try Spring in Sunnyvale. I was a bit concerned with the turnover of a few doctors but once I decided to proceed I was happy I did. The doctors and nurses are great. Everyone is so positive. Theu were very truthful with negative outcomes being possible, but like I mentioned, they always hoped for the best. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to use double donors and as luck would have it, I became pregnant on my first transfer. I'm currently due in January. Communication with their team and billing has always been quick and I have always received the paperwork I requested. I only wish I would have started with them sooner. read more

Dr. Malinda Lee is hands down the best IVF doctor. We were lucky to have been referred to her by our friend. She made our 3 cycles of IVF feel as if we were her only patients. Every ultrasound she would make by herself, tracking the growth of the eggs and making all the necessary adjustments to the medications timely. This made a big difference compared to the other clinic with a big name that we tried for our first 2 cycles where we would just come in for the ultrasound and see different on-call doctors and feel just like a small piece on a huge conveyor. Anyways, don't look further for the place to do your IVF and choose this place and ask Dr. Lee, though I think every is great here. Good luck! read more

I can't recommend Dr. Harris and his team highly enough. Dr. Harris is extremely knowledgeable and always had an answer for every single highly specific question I had. On top of that, I really appreciated his highly compassionate beside manner. When things weren't going well, he was so incredibly supportive and encouraging, and when things were going well, he was genuinely excited and happy for us. After every appointment and procedure, I was always blown away by how Dr. Harris always treated me with so much dignity and empathy. I always felt so safe, protected, and listened to under his care. One thing I really appreciate was at the end of every appointment, he would ask "what other questions do you have?" even though I knew that he was out of time, he would patiently answer every question. I have not experienced this level of excellence in medical care before in my life, so any doctor that I see after Dr. Harris will have very big shoes to fill. I honestly wish I could remain under his care moving forward! I also want to note that Dr. Harris' care team is also exceptional! During a particularly challenging week, they even sent me a bouquet of flowers to affirm what I was feeling and to let me know they were thinking of me. Everyone from the nurses to the patient navigator and financial navigators have been wonderfully helpful. The reason I chose Spring to begin with was because their data on live birth rates was the highest in the Bay Area, and I am incredibly grateful that we'll be able to fulfill our dream of starting a family next Spring thanks to Spring, Dr. Harris, and his care team! read more

Dr. Harris (the best there is) and the team at Spring were phenomenal (and their facilities were nice, too)! If you are going through the fertility process, this is the only team I would recommend. I just completed egg freezing and the entire process from the initial consultation to the post-retrieval recovery was white glove. I would not change a single thing! Dr. Harris & team made such an intimate and emotional process comfortable, positive and fun. Every question (there were many), every concern (just a few) and every bit of reaffirmation I needed throughout the process was provided by Dr. Harris' team in truthful, palatable terms and ultimately that was exactly what I was looking for. Dr. Harris is not only an expert in his craft, but he also cares and that really comes through in his work -- he will also keep it real when it comes to chances of success or failure and I really needed that. He shared the facts with me based on the questions I asked and left me to figure out what path I wanted to take, giving as much guidance as I requested. As for the team, I had many (MANY) questions. At times, I would wake up at 3:00 AM and have a question I didn't want to forget, so I would email Dr. Harris' team and without fail, they would always get back to me right away (not at 3:00 AM... but the following day). This process can at times feel very out of your control and it also moves quickly, so choosing a Doctor who has the expertise (above all else) and then also puts in the effort and care is really everything and that is truly what you get with Dr. Harris. Dr. Vaughn is very experienced and she recommended the most suitable protocol based on my wife's situation. The team is very professional and very responsive. I did 2 rounds of cryopreservation with Dr. Vaughn. The clinic is not only beautiful, and the service outstanding, but most importantly, they practice evidenced based medicine. They track their birth rates against national data bases and prior studies, and study their own data and treatment protocols. This can be especially difficult to do when you don't have enough data to power the study, but Spring Fertility does. Their online resources and videos are extremely informative as well. Dr. Vaughn is great to work with. She is conscientious, professional, and caring. Fertility services are always sensitive, and the entire team just makes the process a little easier and a little smoother. Being a part of the larger Spring Team was also particularly valuable, as they were able to accommodate my busy working schedule. Dr Vaughn at Spring Fertility was an incredible doctor - she was always knowledgeable for both me and my husband, always explained things at great length and took the time to answer my questions. She was fairly conscious of not running unnecessary tests, saving me both time and money. She also tailored treatment taking our history into account which I believe was the biggest reason for our success with her. She also was open to me seeking treatment i.e. acupuncture during my treatment at Spring. The entire team at Spring was super efficient, responsive and very accommodating. I had my egg cryopreservation done at Spring Fertility with Dr. Vaughn and I couldn't recommend her enough! I originally had my consultation scheduled in April but since there was a pandemic, I ended up doing a complimentary one virtually. I work in healthcare and was forced to close as well and told Dr. Vaughn I would love to take advantage of this time off to get this huge "to-do" off my list. She had great bedside manner, was attentive to my needs, and miraculously got me in in record time to have the whole procedure completed before I went back to work. The whole experience with Spring was flawless and so modern. Their facilities felt very clean and efficient. I also recommend using Alto Pharmacy when you order your prescriptions as the packaging and ease of delivery was incredible! I've recommended so many of my girl friends to have this procedure done for ease of mind and to do it with Spring Fertility! Would have given a 4/5 but had the most vile interaction at the lobby in-front of other patients by Nikhila Pai. I was returning medicine I used from Spring as my delivery was going to be late. Upon returning the medicine, she questioned me like a criminal and told me I was doing it wrong (with the most unhinged attitude). I told her that I was told medicine can come within an hr or two without being refrigerated. She touched the medicine (which is in a box that she can't open to TRULY feel the medicine if it is cold or not) and then proceeded to accuse me of not following protocol. I told her that I was told to return within an hr or two. She asked then by who. Basically indirectly accusing me of lying. This wasn't passive aggression. This was just aggression in-front of other patients. I have posted internally at work not to interact with this person as she completely ruined my experience. My sister has also asked to never interact with this person when she comes in. I took a break from IVF because of this disgusting experience. Truly abhorrent and sad that I had a great experience until encountering this person. Even the front desk person looked uncomfortable as this interaction happened in the lobby by the front desk. I called my patient specialist to let her know but don't think my concern was taken seriously. I want Spring to take this seriously and circle back on my concern as I think it has been glossed over and NIKHILA PAI has not been reprimanded for his off hinged behavior. Either way letting everyone I know internal and external know my personal experience. read more
