Sorry, this clinic does not offer pediatric care.

Does this clinic for IVF? Some reviews seem like for other stuff.

This clinic does not do IVF. Dr. Yao helps couples get and stay pregnant naturally by finding and fixing the root causes of fertility issues for both members of the couple.

From the very beginning, they felt less like a clinic and more like a family--supportive, communicative, and genuinely invested in us every step of the way. At our first visit, we sat down with Dr. Polanski for a thorough, thoughtful conversation about our wishes and goals. Together, we created a clear plan that made us feel confident and cared for from day one. The nursing and front desk staff were truly amazing--kind, responsive, and always reassuring. We knew we could call with any question or concern and receive a thoughtful response within 24 hours, which made such an emotional process feel manageable and supported. We were incredibly fortunate to be successful on our first attempt at every step, from egg retrieval to insemination. We truly believe Bay IVF's holistic approach played a huge role in that success. In addition to excellent medical care, we were given guidance on nutrition and recommended foods to help optimize our chances, which made us feel seen as whole people--not just patients. We stated our initial visit in July 2024, and August 2025 we welcomed the birth of our boy/girl twins. We did implant 2 embryos and both implanted successfully. We stayed with Bay IVF until nearly the 2nd trimester to ensure a successful start of the pregnancy. I had an uncomplicated pregnancy and the twins were born full term and healthy! We are eternally grateful for our time with Bay IVF and wholeheartedly recommend them to any family hoping to grow theirs.

A good lab matters. They had multiple treatment plans with different finances, which really helped. Dr Polansky and Megan guided us throughout the process and we had more than one cycles of IVF (retrieval, fertilization and transfers). Although we had our heartbreaks, we finally got our baby. The whole process at Bay IVF was very smooth, easy going and felt family like as opposed to a clinic. We enjoyed that. Along the way, we decided to not go for PGT testing. A lot of our myths were busted. Our highest graded embryos did not result in pregnancy while our lowest graded embryo gave us a beautiful healthy baby. Shout out to the staff for being kind and helpful every single time. Thank you to their embryologist also. IVF in general is stressful, expensive and physically taxing for women. At Bay IVF we felt we were being well taken care of. Special thanks to Megan. The email & phone communication with her was so thorough that we rarely had any doubts, and when we did, she was always reachable and super helpful. My wife and I could not be happier. Our dream of becoming parents got fulfilled here, we are eternally thankful to Bay IVF for that. The only suggestion I'd like to give Bay IVF would be to have a dedicated room for semen collection. To anyone reading this and are deciding on a clinic, my wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend Bay IVF.

I highly recommend Stanford Fertility…read more At age 34, my husband and I chose to freeze embryos, which allowed me to return to school for my nursing degree without the fear that I might lose my ability to have children later in life. That decision turned out to be life-changing. Now at age 40, Stanford Fertility has given my family so much joy. We have a healthy, happy 22-month-old son, and I am currently 7 weeks pregnant with our baby girl. We are about to graduate to obstetrics, a milestone that still feels surreal. Because my father passed away when I was very young, I do not know much about my family medical history. Stanford's genetic testing gave us tremendous peace of mind. We were able to screen our embryos for many genetic conditions in addition to my own genetic testing, which helped us move forward with confidence. We worked closely with Dr. Nakajima, Dr. Milki, and the entire Stanford Fertility team. They always made me feel comfortable, took the time to explain each step, and treated us with compassion and respect throughout the process. We chose Stanford Fertility over other programs because of Stanford's rigorous hiring practices, and we truly believe they employ the most exceptional physicians and staff. We are deeply grateful for the care we received and for the joy Stanford Fertility has brought to our family.

    # They take the liberty of canceling your appointments even without your confirmation!!!…read more If you ever want your doctor's appointment to be canceled, even without your knowledge, then you are in luck, and the Doctor's patient service manager takes all the credit and liberty in doing this. Personally, I don't know the doctor, but I saw really good reviews for her and her team. Thinking that they would all be professional and provide an excellent diagnosis and service, I scheduled an appointment with her by calling Sutter Health's patient care line back in June this year for a UTI/Vaginal discomfort diagnosis. I got very frustrated when they cancelled my appointment today (10/4) for the one I had on (10/6) without even asking for my confirmation. They called me around 11:30 am while I was still in an office meeting, and even before I could hear the voicemail and respond, I got a message on the Sutter Health app saying that my appointment had been cancelled. My husband and I kept calling the Los Altos office from noon to 3 pm to find out why and how they could proceed without my confirmation. We just kept hearing that the manager was still in her "lunch". Only after speaking with patient relations was I able to connect with the relevant person. The staff member (Betty) who spoke informed me that they had the right to cancel my appointment without my consent, and I should be aware of all the conditions related to OB/GYN that Dr. Shin would diagnose. We found these comments to be unprofessional and rude, lacking empathy for me. Additionally, in the reason for cancellation, they mentioned that since I have already established my patient care at another facility within Sutter Health, I should go there instead. This seemed absurd, as I had already scheduled an appointment with the Los Altos center earlier in June. How can a patient be expected to be aware of all this information? Isn't this the duty of a patient relations manager? In the end, the staff sounded a little rude and even said, "I know you have a patient relation number, and if you want to proceed with the grievance, go ahead." This kind of attitude in health care is unacceptable, and it is not fair to cancel a critical appointment without a patient's consent. My right as a patient to reasonable continuity of care, advance notice of appointments, and participation in care decisions was violated. I request that the Sutter Health Patient Care Team investigate this matter so that, in the future, no one can end up in a similar situation.

After a traumatic first pregnancy and postpartum preeclampsia, I was considered high-risk during my second pregnancy as well. Around 32 weeks, I started seeing elevated blood pressure readings along with severe white coat syndrome. I was anxious and searching for support, and that's when I found Viji. Even before our first consultation, I had a strong feeling that she was God-sent -- a true blessing -- and that feeling only grew stronger with time. Viji stepped in with so much calm, confidence, and care. She took everything upon herself and made sure I was prepared in every possible way -- physically, mentally, and emotionally. She guided me through provider decisions, helped me find the right midwifery care, and thoughtfully connected me with an exceptional midwife, Lin Lee, who aligned perfectly with my needs. Because of Viji's discernment and support in building the right team around me, my entire experience was completely different from my first pregnancy. The birth itself felt smooth and empowering -- no tears, no episiotomy, and my blood pressure remained well controlled throughout. What truly sets Viji apart is how deeply she cares and how holistic her approach is. She took the time to understand my full medical history and personal background, worked to get to the root of my previous complications, and helped me navigate provider complexities with clarity and confidence. She also combined her Jyotish knowledge to help identify the most supportive and auspicious timing for my induction, which brought me an incredible sense of peace and trust going into labor. During labor, Viji was there through it all. She supported me with Ayurvedic care, calming massages, constant reassurance, and gentle guidance. She made sure I was comfortable, grounded, and never felt alone. She even stayed with me through the entire night -- watching over me, advocating for me, and helping me make important decisions when I was exhausted and vulnerable. Because of Viji, my second birth experience became healing, empowering, and beautiful. She didn't just help me prepare for birth -- she helped me heal from my past experience and trust my body again. I will always be grateful for her presence, her wisdom, and the love she brought into one of the most important moments of my life. I thank God every day for leading me to her at exactly the right time.

I first came to Viji as a very anxious and overwhelmed mother, desperately trying to stay afloat in the struggles of parenthood. At the time, I had no idea what I was getting into, but I just knew I needed help. From day one, Viji completely blew me away with her depth of knowledge, insight, and intuition. Beyond that, she is incredibly caring and consistently goes above and beyond to support her clients. Through our work together, I've gained a deeper understanding of my inner makeup, which has empowered me to take greater control of my life and has profoundly impacted how I show up as a mother and wife. My mind was truly blown when she began incorporating Ayurveda and Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) to help explain what I was experiencing physically, emotionally, and energetically, and to guide how I move through my life. I have also integrated therapeutic bodywork and the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) into my work with Viji, which has only deepened the healing process. The way she thoughtfully weaves together her diverse offerings is incredible and deeply supportive. She is truly a one-stop shop for healing on every level. I am deeply grateful for the care, insight, and dedication she has brought to my journey. Viji is absolutely amazing, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. My only regret is not starting this work with her sooner.

UPDATED REVIEW: Upon posting this review about my experience…read moreand medical findings, I had the pleasure of Dr. W messaging me and then proceeding to call to debate me for 30 minutes as to why she felt that testing for endo does not have enough evidence to support it. It makes sense, when I was a patient and asked Dr. W to test me on ERA/EMMA, she said no because there was not enough evidence. Therefore, I highly caution anyone considering this clinic. They will not test you on anything in the IVF medical world (IE- ERA/EMMA, Endometriosis) or anything else where they do not think has enough evidence to support the testing. I do find it hard to believe that a clinic would not explore all avenues and rule out any concerns by doing such tests. Testing does not provide 100% accurate results, but it does 1. eliminate the possibility, 2. If it does come back positive, then it opens the door for more things to consider and 3. give the peace of mind of the patient knowing that their doctor/clinic explored all possibilities to ensure a successful journey to the patient who is already going through so much. This review is long overdue. I was a patient with Kindbody Los Altos for ~2 years. They have an extremely high turnover rate. It's obvious the company itself is more focused on opening more facilities than they are about taking care of their employees. Kindbody has created an atheistically pleasing facility to make it modern, airy, and bright. Which they mainly focus on the exterior of their company and lack the interior. Communication - I absolutely disliked their communication. You are not able to speak to someone at the office. You have to call into their customer care center who will then reach out the office on behalf of you. When I first joined Kindbody, the nurses and coordinators would take FOREVER to respond. Even when you needed a medication by a certain time, they like to keep you anxiously waiting for further instructions. Care - I was under the care of Dr. W and Dr. J (no longer with Kindbody). They were nice when you spoke to them. But when you are spending so much time, effort, and money, you'd expect better level of treatment during your journey and wanting to find the cause of your infertility journey. Example: After 3 FAILED TRANSFERS, Dr. W tells me she needed to consult with other Doctors within Kindbody because she is stumped on the fact that I can't get pregnant. You are a doctor and you can't figure out why I can't get pregnant? She completely failed to explore all options and diagnosis until wanting to try for a 4th transfer and put me on Lupron to suppress what she now suspects as endometriosis. WHY DOES IT TAKE YOU 3 FAILED TRANSFERS TO SUSPECT ENDO? As my OB during the time, why did it not cross her mind that I may have endometriosis? If your speciality is endometriosis, how do you not rule it out? Let's fast forward from 2023 to end of 2024. I am working with my acupuncturist for over 2 years, and working with a functional nutritionist. They both ask me to get ReceptivaDX tested for inflammation and possible endometriosis. GUESS WHAT, IT CAME BACK POSITIVE FOR ENDO! No one at Kindbody thought to explore the idea that I may have endo. They really dropped the ball on my care. Wasted my time, money, and effort with them. By the way, I encourage anyone even if you proceed at Kindbody, to be an advocate for yourself. If you are diagnosed with "Unexplained Infertility" I push to get tested for endometriosis. New studies have come out that 50% of unexplained infertility is due to endometriosis.

We transported our embryos from another fertility clinic, and the difference was truly night and day. I thought my previous clinic was good until I came to RMA. From the very beginning, the level of care, attention, and organization was on a completely different level. Dr. Kort genuinely cares. He took the time to review my history thoroughly and suggested a couple of key procedures that ultimately made all the difference. He focused on getting my uterus into the best possible shape to receive the embryo, something that gave me confidence I hadn't felt before. Even then, I wasn't sure it would work, but our very first transfer at RMA took. The care team is exceptional. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and I never felt like just another patient. Nurse Kylie was absolutely wonderful and always responded to my questions right away, which brought so much reassurance during such an emotional process. I even had the chance to see Dr. Kort for several ultrasounds, and he was incredibly responsive through the Spruce app. He even FaceTimed me personally. I never once felt rushed and always felt heard. When I was feeling anxious about my HCG levels rising, I asked to come in for a third beta test, and they immediately accommodated me. That flexibility and compassion meant more than I can put into words. My appointment wait times were consistently under 10 minutes, which only added to the overall sense of calm and trust. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that truly cares about you and the end result, look no further. This team is invested, thoughtful, and deeply committed to their patients' success.
