Billy Andrews took the time to assess the interior and exterior issues which no other Contractor did - they only took measurements. Efficient recommendations were made to include better sealing our gutters. Within 24 hours we received an estimate for half of what other contractors quoted us for windows only. Our first incentive to go with J & Z was the fact that Billy took the time to understand the complete problem. They arrived on time & were clean, thorough, & professional. I now have 2 gorgeous Simonton 5500 Series windows ! They beat out Castle & Andersen + to other contractors by a landslide ! We own rental properties & from this point forward will not be using anyone else. Highly recommend if you want the job done right & don't want to feel like you're giving in to the pressure of an overzealous salesman &/or just another local business you are trying to support. They keep their word every step of the way & provide impeccable recommendations to keep your household running efficiently & safe. Absolutely no hassle or gimmicks ! Their major competitor, Castle called us back 3 times attempting to win us over. Even when agreeing to try to closely match their price they admitted they could not provide comparable casement, flashings, channels, flanges OR guarantee our siding would be intact once completed.

Alberto's brother Daniel did the majority of the work and was meticulous. Daniel came early every morning, was incredibly polite, tried not to disturb us, and cleaned up each day. They checked in with us as they progressed to make sure everything was how we wanted it, and were flexible to accomodate our requests along the way. The bathroom looks beautiful. The quality of their work is exceptional. It's also worth mentioning that Alberto was honest with us from the beginning. He gave us a fair price and started the project when he said he would - which is very rare when it comes to contractors.

Communications and work and cleanup were thorough and work was done quickly from start to finish. So, when we decided to remodel our master bathroom, we knew we'd retain them for the job. We worked with their in-house designer, Jill. We started by providing our desired wall tile. She worked wonders by helping us choose complimentary flooring, cabinetry, faucets and other hardware. She produced a wonderful solution for our home. As great as the designer was, the craftsmen were equally excellent. Demolition went off without a hitch. They made sure to constantly clean debris, dust, and other bits. The highlight was the tile workers' expertise: they were EXCEPTIONAL. The quality of their work still astounds us. They made the bathroom. Our master bathroom is now the best room in our house. We owe it all to Munz. If you are considering a home project, make sure to consider Munz Construction. You won't regret it.
