The mold on the shower floor now is worse than in our previous shower and we now have a dehumidifier on after every shower to try to help the problem but have always had a high powered bathroom fan and airflow. Yes we don't have a window... but we do everything else we can and even live in town so it's not THAT moist in the room considering what it could be. I have a cleaning service twice a month and they were actually the ones that first drew attention to the poor craftsmanship. When they tried to scrub the mold growing on the grout (many months ago when it first started to show up because it was not immediate) chunks of grout started to come out. They said it was clearly not sealed- even tho the moisture of bathroom and previous grout mold of 30+ year old shower had been our biggest concern from day one and we were assured it would be sealed. During project: Had to keep constant eye because so many mistakes were made and the project lasted longer than it should have to fix all the mistakes and messes (missed grout on dozens of spots, filled in the divots on our tiles with grout, wrong drain, leaky faucet install, shower head at wrong level, concrete splotches all over the community outdoor sidewalk, etc.) Very expensive considering the work done, and my husband had to remove all the floor grout and redo it and seal it when we finally had enough and cleaning/everything else we did wasn't helping) Job was never finished (they ruined our bathroom floor outside of the shower) and they never returned to finish it completely and what they did was cracked and never sealed (it's stained concrete) and thus they never received the full amount of money. But considering my husband now has to redo bathroom floor and shower floor, the time and materials is even more than we owe them. The only positive is that the two workers sent were very nice, but they had been given wrong instructions multiple times (even simple things like where to place the shower-head and what drain to install), sometimes they even thought it was wrong, but at the end of the day they made the errors in their work and cut corners. So disappointing.

I've had a vision for this place since we moved here and B Construction was able to bring it to life! Overall I would rate them a 10/10 with a few little hick-ups here and there. First and foremost, the light oak flooring installment looks and feels amazing! Though they didn't rip out the old flooring they were able to seamlessly level our floors. Secondly, the kitchen cabinets turned out elegantly & when they installed the ceiling light, it was the icing on the cake. So beautiful! Moving on to the bathroom, the walk in-shower turned out like out of a magazine. Brian's guys precisely chose every tile to match the wave designs, tile after tile. Love it! In the bathroom they also installed our new vanity, mirror and a few miscellaneous items that were added last minute, no questions asked We also asked his crew to paint the walls & sand down our wood ceiling which both turned out great! They also switch out all our electrical outlets (which means they have a guy that specializes in electrical & plumbing for the bathroom - a huge plus!!!). Lastly, we added two ceiling fans, one in the living room and another in bedroom, which all our neighbors love and get a bunch of comments on! His guys were all super friendly and when I asked them to change something I didn't like, they weren't hesitant to change it right away. With that being said, there were a few hick ups during the renovation. Brian had a couple of projects that his crew were working on at the same as mine which means there was constant confusion for him. When he asked about measurements for our new microwave, he ended up buying another one later on because he thought we were in need of one, which was never the case. My full length mirror was also lost in the process because he thought he thought I said it was rubbish. Lastly, there were some moments when I would text Brian and hear back from him a few days later. Not a convenient way to communicate when on a time crunch. I would also like to add that although problems did arises, they were solved and the outcome was still a masterpiece. I will 100% hire these guys again in the future & now I tell all my friends about them!

They are all also really good at what they do and pay attention to detail. Brian keeps communicating throughout the whole process to ensure it's all done as requested - actually our place turned out better than we expected because of Brian's suggestions and input. Everyone he works with also really cares about getting the job done right, not just getting it done and it really shows in the end product. We couldn't be happier with B Construction, and have already booked them for another project in the near future! They are super busy because they earned and enjoy a great reputation. Mahalos to B Construction!

Although they don't have much reviews, I still decided to go out on a limb and trust them. I reached out to Jacky who then sent his sister, Stacy. to assist me since he was out of town. Communication: Stacy has been so responsive from start to finish. She works full-time and assists her brother and her dad. She answers all of my questions at all times. I'd text her as early as 7am and as late as 10pm. There were times I got hardware mixed up or asked if the workers could help us out by opening our dishwasher because we ran a load. Time: They always came and showed up. While we did not take off for work, I had to stop by a few times to drop off stuff or grab something from our home since we couldn't live there. They promised a certain time and they finished earlier and we were so happy. The oven we had purchased was faulty and had to be exchanged. They came to our house around 8pm to show us that it was actually faulty. My husband and I tried to pick the oven up from the ground to return it, but I'm a more petite size and couldn't. I called Stacy to ask if she was still nearby and if her father was able to help us load it into the car. They offered to turn back and help us load it down to the car! Pricing: We thought the price was fair and reasonable for the work they provided. Overall, I would highly recommend Yun Construction. I am hard to deal with and appreciate Stacy and her family and team for being so understanding and accommodating. My previous review I wrote about the countertops not being what I wanted. They did extra work to remove it and install a new countertop. I've shared pictures with friends and family and they love our place so much! My husband keeps raving how he feels like he's living in a brand new home. One of my kids (4yo) keeps telling me he loves the bathroom and his new home which makes me feel so happy. If you need a construction / renovation company, use OCG Building Supply!…read more Over the past few years we have been a repeat client of OCG Building Supply and wanted to share my positive experience. I have attached photos of each project with more details below. We are and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the cabinets and work. The cabinets are thick pieces of wood and have lasted for over 6 plus years now. FYI, their showroom is filled with options and ideas for various types of projects. As you will read from my review l, we have used OCG Building Supply for so many various types of projects. So many options to choose from and the staff is so FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. Project 1: We did a full kitchen remodel on our home. The process with OCG was a breeze. OCG helped us bring our vision to life through a very detailed planning process. My wife and I really loved our customizable our cabinets and counters could be. OCG completed a fully kitchen demo, complete kitchen install to include counters and tile work. Each day the workers cleaned up and made sure we were updated with the next days plans. When we ended up selling this home, not only did the kitchen become to focus during the open houses, but this OCG kitchen added so much more value to our home. Project 2: This project included brand new flooring for our whole home. All we can say is WOW. Once again the quality and work exceeded our expectations. Our flooring is rugged and comfortable. We have four dogs and we have had ZERO issues with scratching, chipping, shifting, fading, etc. everyone we have people over, they always comment about our flooring. OCG even added wood under the steps and painted them white to make them even pop more. Love it! Project 3: This was one of our biggest projects with OCG. Not only did we convert a studio area but we also had OCG cut a hole in a bedroom wall and hang a barn door to add a bedroom. OCG sealed up our existing bedroom door and even built a closet system inside the bedroom. You could see in the before and after in the side-by-side photo. Everything from the flooring, wall take down, wall building, barn door, closet, and full kitchen with waterfall counter is AMAZING! OCG has helped our Ohana move into a BEAUTIFUL 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a full kitchen. We had options for cabinet color and decided to go with a very nice grey color. Project 4: This is our most recent project. We added some upper cabinets to our laundry room. Andre was our designer and he really focused on how we can maximize storage space while matching our existing kitchen cabinets. Jerry showed up prior to his worker Jianyi Lin to do a walk-through. Once the team arrived, Jerry was assisting his worker to install the cabinets and help clean up. Jianyi was super professional, clean, and respectful. Ask for Jianyi for your next project! Way to lead by example Jerry! Final Thoughts: Owner of OCG is Jerry. From project 1 to project 4, Jerry has driven to each project to check on his team, answer any questions I may have had, and also reassured that each project will be and was completed with quality and care. During project 1, Jerry gave me his cell phone number and told me to reach out at any time. Jerry would reach out with updates and any thoughts he may have had for the project. Honestly, we have never got that sort of help or care from any other company. OCG has gone above and beyond any and all expectations. There will be a project 5, 6, 7 in the future. We are extremely satisfied OCG Building Supply customers and will continue to be in the future. I hope you enjoyed this review and I hope it has helped you in making your decision. By choosing OCG, you can't go wrong. You get extremely great value with exceptional products. Jerry and his team are exceptional. Mahalo OCG Team for everything you have done!! -Customer for life.

They tried to accommodate my travel which was also good. What fell apart is they did not provide many things I requested and installed a new garbage disposable that messed up my AC and dishwasher. Instead of listening to me and fixing the garbage disposal, they told me I needed a new dishwasher. They do not pay attention to details. The pull out for the garbage was never done and later installed cheap thing to pull out. No spice rack as promised and the floor patch was done where it did not go with the flow of the floors. They installed tiles without communicating they were the wrong colors. They moved our telecom wires when I specially asked them not to.. lots of stuff., It felt like they didn't care about what I wanted and that I should be grateful for what they did. It was not a good experience. They stopped returning my texts and basically walked away from the job. Do not pay them in full. If you use them, you need to have someone home at all time because there is no project manager and very bad communication efforts. The review rating is because they walked away and failed to fix the things as promised.

Our biggest disappointment was that it took almost 3 times as long for him to finish as he estimated. he estimated it would take 2 months, and it took almost 6 months. His subcontractors were not great and seemed to never show or show late. The painter he hired didn't do a good job because 2 years later the paint is starting to peel is some spots and i've noticed some uneven areas. Also, the pocket door that was supposed to be fixed never was...it comes off the tracks all the time and has big scratches in the wood from it Also, the plumbers didn't do a great job with the sink. there was a huge leak that i caught luckily-otherwise the cabinets would've had water damage. it took them awhile to come back out and fix it There was a leak when they were water testing the shower that went down into our kitchen and caused a water bubble. We popped the bubble and Nick came and fixed it but a year after, the crack came back so now we have a crack in the paint in our kitchen we'll have to get fixed. Basically we paid way too much money for our bathroom to have the problems we've had and for how long it took. He did a great job with the granite work in the shower and it looks beautiful so if you're looking for that-go for it! and who knows, maybe Nick wasn't his usual self when he re-did our bathroom but he started work in June and put the last piece of glass up in our shower in December or late Nov (can't remember). that's a long time for a bathroom. Super nice guy...takes pride in his work...but we wouldn't use him again, especially since we will have to hire a handyman to fix all the leftover problems soon as we get the place ready to rent out
