I always come here for my woman's check, I highly recommend Dr. forghani, they accept insurance and work also for people without it. The place is very convenient, close to the freeways, there's only one entrance and exit, but plenty of parking available. The personal is profesional and they have many chairs for you to wait your turn, also they have blood lab test inside for sífilis and hiv testing. Great all in one place. I don't understand why there's not more reviews here. This is my second time having an appointment here for an ultrasound. The first time, we waited 2 hours after our appointment time at 9:30am at the Santa Ana location to be seen for less than 10 minutes total. This most recent time I scheduled my second appointment ahead of time ~ 4 weeks after my first appointment. I set the appointment for a Tuesday, at 9:30am again. I am in the process of switching doctors so I still had to go to this clinic once more. I get a reminder call saying my appointment was at a different time, on a different day. I just started a new job and had already called off since they couldn't accommodate initially. I could not make this change in my schedule without notice! I call back after receiving the auto call, and asked why my appointment was changed. The girl on the phone says "I'm really sorry, my coworker is new and I think she made a mistake. The appointment was made for that day but then she cancelled it right after by accident and it was never put back on the schedule for this day, so we moved it to another day/time. Without any kind of notice until 1 day before........ I fortunately asked if I could please keep my original appointment because that Is the only day I could come at the moment and this appointment is very important. She accommodated me and said she would squeeze me in. She told me "between you and me, we don't go based off of appointments. We go based on who arrived first. So arrive there before 8:30 so you can get seen first and have no wait." I agreed and thanked her a bunch of times! I was glad she could accommodate for her coworkers mistake and I was not upset at all. I understand. New workers make mistakes. Anyway she recapped me on my appointment and I recorded it. 8:30 on this date, at the Garden Grove location. I still have her saying the garden grove location. So, the day comes and I arrive at about 8:10am at the Garden Grove location and 8:30am comes. Then, 8:10am comes. Nobody answers the door when we knock.. I call a couple times. No answer. I can hear the phone ringing from outside the door so I assume nobody is there at all. Then, I call the Santa Ana location to see if there's been another mistake. Someone answers on my second call thankfully and tells me my appointment was changed to the Santa Ana location. What?????? Without notice?? No call, text? Anything? I'm sooooo frustrated at this point because of the back to back issues. I ask if they can accommodate yet once again. She hesitated and said yes you can. If I can come now I can be seen right away. So, I make the 10 min drive from the GG location to the SA location and check in. It's now 2 hours and 30 minutes from the time I walked in here and nobody has said anything. I'm frustrated and am not coming back. The one star is for Dr. Forghani. He is very nice, respectful, and has a good bedside manner. You guys seriously need to figure out this scheduling issue because I'm not the only one who is experiencing this. It is totally unacceptable to give patients wrong addresses, times, etc and just expect them to comply as if they don't work or have lives. read more

Went on a Thursday (1st time there) the waiting room got pretty busy. The nurses/MA's were super nice. Explained things well, and my partner & I met Dr Forghani & he was funny, knowledgeable, & friendly. Made our visit easy and comfortable. Thank you! Also got lab work done there, the girl was very gentle & actually held a conversation, sounds funny but some phlebotomist don't speak to you unless it's to confirm your name and dob lol so it was nice to actually talk & feel comfortable when getting a blood draw. Dr Forghani has been an amazing OB so far! I had a bad experience with my last OB and I found out I was pregnant again and started looking for the doctor with the best reviews and it was him, also decided to go with him because he was my mother in laws OB when she was pregnant with my boyfriend so she recommended him to me. He answers all my questions and is funny and very nice, when we first met him he introduced himself to me and my boyfriend and explained everything very well and my baby was being stubborn and he did his best to get good ultrasound pictures! The phlebotomist that drew my blood for all the tests and even my nipt test that same day, is such an amazing person because she held a conversation with me twice and was very funny and I barely felt the poke and i literally went in... sat down and walked right out like 2-3 min after! She's very quick and good at what she does and the clinic I used to go to with my old OB were so bad at drawing my blood. I would get poked at least 3/4 times. The bathrooms are so clean at this office. The nurses are so nice. I'm so glad I found Dr Forghani. I'm going to have my second appointment today with him and I'm sure I'll still feel this good about choosing him as my OB. read more

Dr Forghani performed my hysterectomy as well as providing pre and post care regarding that. He was great to deal with and made sure to really discuss what to expect and set realistic expectations instead of zoom through what he legally had to tell me. He took time to really listen and understand what was going on with me and my concerns. He did a great job on the surgery. I couldn't have asked for more. read more

* I made an appointment with this doctor but ended up cancelling in person * A few things sketched me out so I decided to cancel: - The doctor does not have a computer and uses an iPad. That's fine., but why continue to use a system if you're unable to view patient files..? It is extremely inconvenient to have to go to my doctors and gather files and it also delays my appointments to do this or get medical file clearance to fax them. - They only accept cash. I have never heard of any medical office only accepting cash and not card. Not only does it inconvenience your patients, but the staff also. The staff has to call a few days in advance to tell the cash pay so that the patient brings cash. - Face mask policy. I totally abide by any face mask policy with no complaints. But I don't understand why you have this policy if you don't provide masks to your patients? I was told by the receptionist to go to the dollar store to grab one. Why not provide them or at least tell me prior to the appointment to bring my own.? All of these items led me to believe that this office is not well organized., thus, I cancelled my appointment on the spot when arriving. read more

Dr. Forghani was my doctor for my first child. He was wonderful. He remembered my concerns from visit to visit and clearly remembered me as more than just another file. I would still be with him for my second child but my insurance changed. However, exposure to different doctors has really helped to emphasize just how great Dr. Forghani and his staff are. The building is older but they can do ultrasounds (not the anatomy scan but ones at appointments) and blood work in house which is amazingly convenient. They actually answer the phone when you call instead of leaving you on hold for 30 minutes. When I had bleeding during pregnancy, they saw me the same day. As far as delivery, my baby was breech until about 37 weeks and Dr. Forghani did a procedure basically flipping her so I could avoid a c-section. He was also great in delivery. If my insurance changes to let me go back to Dr. Forghani, I would do so in a second. read more

Dr. Forghani has an excellent bedside manner, and having seen him in the hospital setting, he is always thorough and quick to address any problematic issues. His office staff at multiple locations has been nothing but professional, thorough, and kind. Not many Doctors are so educated clinically, medically on point, as well as being capable of expressing empathy with their patients at the very same time. Dr. Forghani is personable, funny, kind, and although extremely busy (often having many patients waiting to see him), he still finds a way to make you feel like you are his only patient in that moment and your concerns matter. #goldstar Highly Recommend! read more

Omg the worst place I've ever been to. So my mom had an appointment today and she asked me to go with her and the moment I entered the office the staff asked me to wait outside because I didn't have a face mask on and I asked her can I have a face mask and the girl was like you suppose to bring your own mask like wtf we're in 2023. If they really want me to wear a face mask they can give me a face mask. I mean which doctor office doesn't have face mask. So, I went to my car to get a face mask. When I returned to the office she was like you can't come in I was like why and she said we only allow patients in here. Honestly, you guys could've let me know earlier. Why did I even went to my car to grab face mask. Also, all their staff are Spanish and they are so raciest. They're only nice to people who are Spanish. Dr. Forghani himself his so nice and caring if I would literally give him 5 star review but I don't know why he only hire Spanish people because I know that his persian he can hire persian staff since most of his patients are persian.The staff are so rude, so unorganized , the office is so old and dirty. Great Doctor, Long wait times and very packed. Dr Forghani delivered my first and everything went very well I just do not like the hospital he is affiliated with Orange County Global. The worst hospital ever. My mom had me there 25 years ago and it hasn't changed a bit.. very old and ancient. My delivery room was small and everything just looked old even the equipment. They also made me leave in the middle of the night and take my newborn out in the rain!! The doctor though is fantastic but I always had to wait an hour or more with an appointment. Too long for me. I wish he would deliver at St Joseph's then I would definitely be back. 5 stars for the doctor. 4 stars for the incredibly long wait times. read more

My children are 6 years apart but I chose to go back to forghani because of my experience with having my first child going through labor for your first time is a scary thought but being that I felt comfortable and trusted him as my ob made everything a lot easier .
