Him and his crew came over despite the potential for a storm and were finished in about or under an hour. Since he finished early and said a lot of it was easy repairs, he cut the price significantly, which I thought was very nice of him! On top of that, one of the techs found a dead rat in my roof (*gag*) and did me a solid and removed it for me!! (Thank you again x 1000!!) Michael is now our electrician for life. He is extremely kind and accommodating, and his prices are beyond fair. We needed to power a new kitchen island, which is a beast of a project considering there are a lot of codes to adhere to and you have to go through concrete. He came by multiple times over the span of a just few weeks (we had to coordinate with a lot of different people to wrap our kitchen reno up, otherwise he would've been able to knock this out in a day) to get the job done, and everything is so incredibly clean, professional, and functional. I can barely see where he had to cut any drywall, and this was a project that most electricians would really have to open much of the wall for. We passed our permit inspection with no issues whatsoever.
