In the past 7 years we've discovered that the top floor wasn't supported properly and was slowly SINKING, they put drywall over big holes in the basement foundation causing water damage and destroyed basmen, they used the wrong type of grout so our shower tiles are loose, the drains weren't sealed correctly so leaking behind the walls in the basement and they never installed a rain gutter. Just discovered our dryer vent isn't really vented outside. This is extremely dangerous! The repairs have cost us 18k and counting - be careful. - Update - You'll see a reply saying they don't flip or renovate houses but here's the deal - when we got our house a guy named Tom was working with investors from Masada Home Sales. So Masada had a group of investors that would help fund contractors to buy and cheaply flip homes and then help them sell them. So they're not being truthful.
