I found my new barbershop that I will return until I leave DC…read more Miss Sarah Lee runs his barbershop by herself. Her attention to detail and quality of work is amazing. When you factor in the cost of a haircut is only $25! This turns into an absolutely amazing deal. She only takes cash She accepts walk-ins and has a website so you can schedule an appointment. The hours are limited, 830 to 4 Monday through Friday they are closed on the weekends. It can be a little difficult to find. It's your first time here schedule an extra few minutes to navigate the shopping plaza underneath the spy museum. Haircuts are sore, subject for me. In DC to get a semi-decent haircut it's gonna cost you at least $50 not including tip. If you go to other places like Great Clips. The price is a little less. But it's hit or miss. I used to be a Great Clips guy. But I had so much anxiety on which person would cut my hair. One time would be good other times to be terrible. At Metro Barber, Miss Lee is the only person there so you know exactly who you're gonna get. She lined up my beard as part of my hair cut. I highly recommend this place and this will be my regular spot from now on!

Kids these days .. so hard to please. We tried multiple shops and they jyst weren't happy. Then we stumbled upon this gem of place. KEN was so accommodating to them. Patiently listened to what they were trying to do. Or how they wanted it to look. FINALLY!!! I walked out wth 2 happy tiny tyrants and found a barber who they have nothing to complain about. The other staff were nice too. They all greeted is and would check to see if we were doing OK. The shop has a nice set up with a touch of that old school barber shop vintage feel. I highly recommend you go here. AND if your looking for a new barber ask for Ken he did an amazing job. I mean who can please 2 tween boys with no complaints. I think I heard him telling the kids about some football players who come to him for their hair too. I can totally see why they would. All in all a great experience all around. They have a returning customer for sure with us.

Limited waiting and the line moves fast. I was going to another place for a while and it's more than 2x the cost for the exact same haircut. I can wash my hair at home and save $30. I'd rather go to Jajo's at 2x the frequency.
