They are trying to charge over $3,100 over diminution of value which is substantially more than the car is even worth after repairs for a 2015 Buick Verano with 150,000 miles. They consider this car outstanding and I pulled the CarFax to learn that it is a salvage title and was totalled in 2016. The repairs for the car were estimated at almost the value of the car for body work. Per the research the value should be 30%-40% lower. They deal with PurCo fleet services to work with the insurance company. See attachment of a review from an employee at PurCO. Just be cautious as I would not want you to deal with the same situation. I am still dealing with the claim after several months. I will never rent from them again as I have had hail damage in the past and never had any issues.
