I come here not only because of the prices for our fleet, but mainly the customer service. The other two shops in town. Ugh. Very disappointing Just trying to get a flat repaired takes them 6 hours to schedule. They are able to sneak people in an knock flats repairs while doing other trucks and cars. While I understand that there is schedules, the other stores didn't even try to make any deals or keep my business. This is where I will come in Minot from here on out. Jason helped me out here and this guy gets it. Really card about service and making sure he communicates with you about your vehicle.

The check in staff is always on the ball and the waiting room has a TV, coffee and magazines in case you have to wait for your vehicle to go through the garage. This business is helpfully located near a major Highway and a Truck Stop with a restaurant inside so if you need to you can grab a meal while waiting for your vehicle...& then be on your merry way.
