This review is based on a one-time experience not continuous service…read more My wife needed a rear spoiler emplaced on her van due that the original was torn off. Initially, Jeromes reviewed the damage and ordered the part, quoting us approximately $500. They said that they did not need anything from us (pictures, old parts, etc.) to complete the maintenance. However, at our appointment they could not complete what was agreed upon because they needed more parts and, in fact, asked us for the original parts. Then, they quoted us a new price (approximately $700) and asked if we could reschedule. The price requote is an issue but the rescheduling might not have been an issue other than we have limited time due to us moving out of state the week of the original appointment. This is frustrating because time is money and a business who does not honor there original agreement and the customer's time is highly suspect. I would not boycott this place just be careful and be precise when discussing price, time, and issues with them.

I decided to trust the salesman. Huge mistake of mine! He never informed me that the tire is of different size! He confidently said this one fits your vehicle. I wanted oem factory recommendations, but he bumped it to a different size without explaining that part to me. I'm sorry I'm not knowledgeable, but that should have been told especially if that would change the odometer of the vehicle. I only learned this after doing more research. I only found out after I got home with the car. Oem size: 235/40r 18 Size he gave: 235/45r 18 I get it still fits, however that's terrible customer service on not advising me the change of size AND how it may impact the vehicle itself! This is my fault for trusting someone. Military life is hard enough, now I feel I just can't trust this place ever again. *Sigh* The price seemed ok, but again... lack of actual communication to me is not what signed up for.
